Ordered from here, waited over an hour for my pizza, which I would understand if it were a high volume time. But I can put that aside when my order is fresh and made correctly. Items were missing off my pizza, there was some kind of mystery juice all over the box (wasn’t grease, I checked) pizza was cold, wings were plain even though they were supposed to be garlic parm and they were cold too! I waited so long for all this food that came to me cold. Which makes me think that it just sat. It’s upsetting because I spent $50 for this food that tastes not even mediocre. Ive ordered from Papa Johns many times (not from this location before because I just moved here) and it has been amazing, my favourite pizza place. But this one, honestly, is awful.

I tried this store again and it is actually worst than last time. I guess they feel they can make bad pizza’s because they have no competition in New Richmond. The Bethel papa johns is great with the same franchisee but they have other pizza places to compete with there. They won’t steal another dollar from me.

I hadn’t been to Papa John’s in ages, and Edward couldn’t have been more kind, patient, and helpful with all my questions. He went above and beyond to make our night, and it was truly appreciated. I hope Papa John’s knows how lucky they are to have him on their team!

Ordered 3 pizzas. None of them were cut properly.One was not cut at all. I called to just ask for ONE pizza credit. Not all 3. She was nice and Said to bring that one in but they’d credit all 3. I Said that was not Nesasary. So I brought the one in. She got completely rude acting like I was getting something for free, rolled her eyes at me and tried to argue. Completely unnecessary considering I just wanted something that I paid for fixed. Then once I got home it still was not cut and was cold.

They where very rude on the phone the manager is just as rude they can’t even make a pizza right they are trying to tell me that the white sauce is pizza sauce and that they talked to the person who made it and that they know for a face they put pizza sauce on it but pizza sauce isn’t white these are the messages with the manager herself I will never order from here again because I also ordered poppers and they where burnt huge waste of money the only good thing about this order was the delivery driver was very respectful
