Truly mediocre at best. Reviews are horribly skewed. Nothing here is fresh. I got a chicken salad sandwich on croissant. The sandwich is child-sized for $12. Chicken tastes like it came from a can. The croissant was beneath even a Costco croissant. The bacon? I didn’t know they made strips of bacon this small and guessing they come pre-cooked in a package- just tasteless. Just look at my side of mac n cheese. Does that look appetizing to you?! I would rather a box of Kraft dinner. Definitely would not return.

I would not let my dog eat here!! Yuck! Warm, slimy chicken salad sandwiches were served that tasted bad.The container of quick chik had no made sticker on it. The uncooled dirty restaurant smelled moldy and mildewed. The little general manager was very disrespectful and needs a lot customer service training from the Chicken Salad Chick in Wesley Chapel, Florida! Instead of being on the phone you should be checking temperatures of the food you’re serving!!

First time going to Dine in at chicken salad chick. Friendly staff, we were waited on right away, food was served quickly. The food was delicious. We were asked 4 times thru out our 40 min stay if everything was good?? That was a little annoying, but overall, a nice, friendly place to eat.

I never knew chicken salad could taste so good and have so many varieties. The little frosted cookie served with every order is a nice addition. While the decor and menu leans toward the femine gender, guys are definitely welcomed. Really enjoyed the food and service.
