The food was amazing, tasty and super fresh as always. There is so much variety of food… beef, chicken, sea food, all kinds of juices and so many latin deserts and sweets. The service was fast and the Girls serving are always friendly and there is even a lady right at the entrance of the place ready to clean all the tables as people come and go. We got lots of food and fresh coconut water for so cheap too. Only con is the onside of the restaurant is soooo hot, literary sweating in there and i feel so bad for the Girls near the kitchen. Wish they had larger fans or extractors to compensate.

I’ve been to El Palacio de los Jugos before and usually enjoy the food, but this visit was extremely disappointing.

I don’t speak much Spanish, but I try. I ordered something very simple: black beans, white rice, and a steak. I asked how much an additional steak would be and clearly heard $5.95, so I agreed and ordered two of the same meals. When I got to the register, the total was almost $58, which didn’t make sense. When I questioned it, I was told the extra steak was actually $15.99.

I was calm and respectful the entire time, but the employee assisting me became rude and dismissive. I stood my ground and explained that I didn’t deserve that attitude. Thankfully, another coworker stepped in, translated, and helped correct the issue by removing the extra steak. I appreciated their help and professionalism.

Unfortunately, the issues didn’t end there. When I got home to feed my husband, who is currently sick, we noticed that the cup of black beans had only broth and no actual beans. At that point, my husband was very upset and felt that we were treated unfairly and given poor quality food because I don’t speak Spanish.

This experience made me feel targeted and uncomfortable for simply being myself. I truly hope management addresses customer service and consistency, because no one should feel disrespected or shorted over a language barrier.

Bought over $60 on food. Asked for water to drink (at the cafeteria) and was given a small cup of water from the faucet, warm with no ice. How can some people be so ridiculous!! At least put some ice!!!

Hot girls, clean production kitchen, top of the line farm to table food absolutely an experience
Know going into it that you have to order small sizes for individuals as the small feeds 2 people the large 4 to 6. They cater and offer food up to 500 people. Wall to wall food. The orange juice is fresh , desserts amazing. Mainly all staff only speaks Spanish.

I’m completely in love with this place! Not only did I experience the best lechon, rice and black beans ever, but I was able to feed two people for under 12$ ! The tropical guava and papaya juices I had were fresh and perfect, no added sugar! The entire restaurant is run by GODDESSES! This is a woman owned and operated business and everything has a magical, vibrant, soulful vibe! I will travel four hours from Orlando just to come to this epic palace of fruit juices and Latin American cuisine!

Disappointed!!! The food was cold, had no taste and to top it off they forgot one of my sandwiches from my order. I called to let them know and they basically told me to come pick it up cause they don’t have anyone to deliver. I did Uber Eats cause I didn’t have a way to go. Not ordering again from here…
