I used to live a few blocks away from Al’s in the old neighborhood and loved the food and service. Good news is that the great, friendly service has survived the move. I ordered the store turkey breast and Swiss and got the old favorite Philly Rye bread. Naturally I got my old favorites, macaroni salad, slaw and chicken salad. I dug in as soon as I got home and they’re as great as I remembered.
It was the soft opening so there were a few glitches at the cash registers but that didn’t dampen the friendly atmosphere. I can’t wait to grab some breakfast sandwiches!

A very nice deli! Super clean, fresh col cuts, cole slaw, hoagies, sandwiches and everything you’d expect in a deli. Even Stocks pound cake. No dine in unfortunately.

My co worker ordered a hoagie and when she came back to work to show me we were both extremely excited that the lettuce was on the bottom. There is only one other deli growing up (Reen’s Deli) that did the same thing. If you’ve ever had it that way you would understand our excitement. The bread is super fresh too! I hope Al’s stays in the area for a very long time. We need a good hoagie place close by. The only thing I would recommend is music playing when you walk in. Welcome to the neighborhood!!

Amazing service at the new Al’s Deli. Food is still amazing and everyone is loving the new environment they bring to the suburbs of Southampton! Always great to have some local Dietz deli on hand.

Today I ordered a Chicken Caesar wrap and I got a wrap with grilled chicken, lettuce, hard boiled eggs and tomatoes — no Caesar dressing inside or on the side. I assume I received the wrong order unless this is how they make a Chicken Caesar wrap.

The first time I went here, the workers kind of gave me a side eye and seemed like they had an attitude or were annoyed that I was there. I brushed it off. Second time, same thing happened. Again, I brushed it off. Now the third time can’t be a coincidence. They gave me that “what are you doing here look” and were very short with me. I don’t know who they think they are. It’s a breakfast sandwich place, not upscale fine dining. Humble yourselves. Food isn’t even good enough for them to be acting like that. I suggest everybody do themselves a favor, and don’t spend your hard earned money here.

I went there today to buy a cheesesteak and cheeseburger and they forgot to make my order and then when they want to make my order, they rushed it and then my food when I got home was even cooked all the way. They use a frozen patty, so the inside was still freezing cold. Very disappointing will not go there again

Ordered hoagies and some salads when I got there I was told there was no chicken salad left to make my hoagie that was a disappointment number one. Disappointment number two is when I got home they ordered me the wrong hoagies. It was supposed to be buffalo chicken hoagie, and I got barbecue instead. Seems like the staff and owner are very disheveled. Need to get their act together. It’s a lot of money people are paying for food.
