Ordered a mobile pick up. Arrived, was told it wasn’t ready, proceeded to wait 30 minutes only for someone to clock in, ask my name, then say it was in the cabin ready. I got it cold and soggy.

Great food and quick service. Everything is getting more expensive but they must pay their employees! Our meals help pay their employees lol go buy some tacos. I know for the price and same quality. I enjoy the atmosphere here.

I go here every so often and they are pretty fast but today it seemed like they have an AC ceiling leak or something and maybe the staff was distracted. Everyone got their food fast but it seemed like they either gave my food to the wrong people or they forgot to make mine. However, one of the friendly staff saw me standing there and asked if I had ordered or if I had been helped so that was nice.
Once figured out, they started making the food pretty quickly so that was cool. I had the Chalupa combo, I speed ate one of the two before I even took a picture. The Chalupa and taco was as expected from Taco Bell. Maybe I was really hungry but tastes great. So this was your standard average experience. Nothing too crazy.

Edit 11/1/24: was served a quesadilla that was half empty and uncut. Paid extra to have it delivered and for extra sauce. It’s so embarrassing. Pictures attached.
Edit 7/25/24. Rather simple order. Chicken quesadilla with extra sauce and a soft taco. Paid $.75 for extra sauce and didn’t get it. Both sides of the quesadilla didn’t have anything other than tortilla. Cheese wasn’t melted. Paper was sticking to the quesadilla so I had to eat paper. If it wasn’t 1:30am I would have absolutely gone back. Ordered a #7 meal and was told they didn’t have large cups but they could give me a small. I said not if I’m paying for a large. The girl seemed confused why I was upset about paying for a large and getting a small? No hot sauce. No Baja blast. This location is simply this bad because of management. This job is not hard. But if you hire people who don’t care, including management, nothing can save you. It’s just gross negligence.
Edit 9/15/22. Against my better judgement, tried this location again tonight. Was told at 8:45pm that they were closed because nobody showed up to work their shift. I get that this stuff happens but it’s seriously every time I go. Why is this the only location with these issues?
This is the worst location, literally heed all of our warnings and do yourself a favor. Find another location. The staff is rude and incompetent, I’ve never had an interaction with a friendly person here. Like, if you’re that mad about being at work find a new job. I worked at Taco Bell for three years, this job just isn’t that hard. Whoever does the ordering needs to be fired. Every single time I come here they are “out of something”. One time I came and they were out of large lids so the lady wouldn’t give me a drink. At all. I said I paid for it and she told me she couldn’t give me a drink without a lid. Another time they were out of every type of Mountain Dew. Today it was large drinks. The kiosk should have the ability to take away items you can’t make so we don’t buy them. I was given a small drink instead and no refund- and no apology.
Another time I showed up in the middle of the day and they told me they were CLOSED because of tech issues. I just can’t wrap my head around how bad this location is being run. Which is a shame because it’s brand new and looks great. I have maybe a few more tries here then I will purposely drive to a location further away.

There is a female that works the window that is amazing. My issue stems from them not offering a good portion of their menu on their app. Every other location has a complete menu, but this location has had items missing for months with no menu management. The items are on the menu and available in person, but not on the app. Be better.

The employee was very nice, but the portions were very skimpy. Each item was just a few bites. Maybe times are tough, for the owners and they have their employees using tablespoons, but $13 should at least fill your belly. I travel daily for work throughout the Orlando area and I probably have Taco Bell once every couple weeks on average (when I don’t pack a lunch) and I can definitively say that this is the chintziest in the area!

Should be zero stars, but can’t give it. Just ordered what should have been two Chicken Crispy Cantina Taco meal. One taco was short on meat and the other had literally no meat at all. This was after discovering that they had left out the avocado sauce that I had to run inside for. The guy said there was a charge for extra. I said I didn’t get mine at all, so he gave me only two packs, when should be three. What is happening with restaurants/fast food these days? How is this even acceptable?
