DON’T GO TO THIS ONE. Drive to the next one or pick another restaurant!!
Overview: Bad customer service. TERRIBLE, COLD, OLD fries, okay chicken sandwiches (with an insane wait – sit down restaurant would be the same), sad junior burgers, cold nuggets. The price is also a deterrent for how bad the food is. I didn’t finish mine because gross. Also: the inside was closed and doors locked even though the hours were until 10pm inside.
Long story long: Wow. We haven’t had this bad of an experience at Wendy’s in a long time – if ever.
My partner orders ahead using the app while on business trips and has had success, so while on a road trip, we ordered before leaving the Costco nearby. When we pulled up, we gave the name and were told to pull forward. We were given our drinks, but the lady didn’t even look at us or tell us which was which. I made it a point to say thank you, to which she did reply, “You’re welcome – could you pull forward to those stairs by that door over there?” No other info. We did. We waited for over 18 minutes – forgot to check when we finally got our bags. The guy came out, didn’t even come down the stairs and shoved the bags into my partner’s hands. We asked if there were straws and ketchup. Yeah.
Based on the amount of time it took and the lack of communication, I already figured there would be issues. Sure enough: No straws. No ketchup. No napkins. NO dipping sauce for the two orders of nuggets. My partner went to ask for the ketchup and straws we were told were in the bags and couldn’t get in. Instead, we had to walk up to the drive-thru window!!
We figured the employees – a large group all standing inside by the drive-thru window – just didn’t want to open the inside. Without a manager to ensure they opened, they just didn’t.
Bummed our fries were so cold and old they were inedible. More disappointed the amount of time we wasted outside a FAST FOOD place waiting for our “fast” food. Definitely pass this one up.

I was never told my total at the window and not one of the three woman that handed me my card/food/ or drinks said a single word to me. They didn’t ring me up for the second fry I ordered despite me asking for one. The manager had the audacity to audibly groan and have an attitude when I brought the food back in to get it fixed. Absolutly disgusting attitudes in there. If you don’t like your job don’t work. Simple.

So, my sister already made a post, but I want to tell from my own words but less detailed because it would be a lot to read.
I walked 1.3 miles to this location and was treated very poorly. When I entered, I was told to leave and to walk the drive-thru instead (after standing at the desk waiting as I watched the employees stand around talking), even though I’m disabled. I had to stand outside as cars drove past me getting their order. The staff seemed annoyed or disgusted that they had to serve me and were rude throughout. I used a free Frosty and two kids’ meal coupons (got from doing their donation stuff a few times), but I was double charged full price on my card for the free meals, not given a receipt, and missing food (main fries and some nuggets). The Frosty looked melted and possibly used (looked like a straw had been removed.) I was never allowed to check my order or speak to a manager they had moved to the guy. I left feeling disrespected and discriminated against, possibly because of my appearance after falling on the way there due to my disabilities. I feel discriminated against for my looks, and subsequently, my disabilities. I walked home afterwards, hurt and upset. I don’t suggest this one, especially for homeless people and/or disabled people.

Ordered a son of a baconator COMBO, only had half a piece of bacon. Didn’t receive my fry. And food was not even warm, let alone hot.
Will not be returning. I can go elsewhere for mediocre food.

Wendy’s Wednesday free nuggets is a joke at this location. Ironically the computer won’t work at this location. Since I couldn’t get it to work in the mobile app…i went to the drive up & explained to the gentleman what i was trying to do… get the FREE nuggets. He said rudely…. THE COMPUTER DONT WORK & WON’T SCAN. Where is the customer service & compassion to get a resolution.

I would rate 0 stars if I could. This is the worst Wendy’s in the state. The manager and staff are unbelievably rude and act like you are an inconvenience. I waited at the drive through speaker for 10 minutes and eventually pulled up to the window thinking something may be wrong with it. Workers looked at me and ignored me. When one finally came to the window I asked if I could order from there and they refused saying I had to drive back around. Then my order was completely wrong and the food looked like it had been beaten up before it got thrown in the bag.

Honestly where do I begin? Arrived around 7:30PM and staffed just looked at us like we shouldn’t have walked in. Music so loud in lobby could barely even hear my husband who is right next to me. After we ordered, the manager and one of the cooks got into an argument where the cooked cussed and quit. Did get our food in a timely manner but to what cost? Our food was lukewarm if that. Floors sticky. Watched as multiple people walked out without even placing an order. Just sad.

Went thru the drive thru before going to work and took long time before being answered maybe due to staffing. But order nothing major. And no sauce in the bag and the food was not hot like normal. Nothing towards the staff they do what they can. Didn’t have time to go in because had to get to work. ** update** faster service and food was hot. Great change

I went there to order 2 junior frosties with coupons. They made three frosties and a brownie frosty, and it took 10 minutes to get my food. No one seemed to understand the order and it wasn’t even busy. The employees weren’t really doing anything but talking in the back. Dave Thomas would roll over in his grave if he knew about this situation.

It was midnight and I made a mobile order. I get to the drive thru and no one says anything. Pull up to the window, nothing. I can see workers inside just sitting around. Waited about 10inutes and never got my food.
