I never thought I’d be leaving a 2-⭐️ review here, because in the past I’ve rated this Little Caesars 5 ⭐️ and used to come almost every day between 2013–2016. Unfortunately, over the last several years the quality has steadily gone downhill, and this visit confirmed why I’ve pretty much stopped coming.
It’s been about a year or two since my last visit, and even though I didn’t really want to come back, my wife suggested we give it another try. I’m totally fine waiting 20 minutes for a pizza if it’s good—but the wait times combined with the quality just aren’t worth it anymore.
I ordered a pineapple pizza, and it barely had any pineapple at all. The pizza didn’t taste like sauce and cheese—it honestly tasted more like beef jerky, which was really disappointing. This place used to be consistent and reliable, but that consistency is gone.
I hate saying this because of how much we used to enjoy this location, but after this experience I don’t see myself coming back. I hope things improve, because this used to be a go-to spot.

They gave me three round pizzas instead of two round one crazy crust. When I complained they put that disgusting ring of sauce and threw on cheese and handed me back the same cold pizza. They literally half-assed it and told me that’s how it’s supposed to be done to get me out of the store. They refused to remake it. The app also told me it was baking for over an hour.

Not pleased at all this isn’t the first time this has happened I’ve ordered pizzas from them and one of the pizzas is always wrong. This time we did the Hawaiian and cheese they handed us two cheese pizzas and now we have to wait extra time that we don’t have to get the correct pizza because they aren’t mindful and checking to make sure the order is correct! This is the last time I will order from here. And I’ll be telling everyone about this as well. Maybe workers need to be retrained or something so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Also the app never updated and we had to go in to get the order. Pizza was cold as well. They didn’t even take responsibility for their mess up. Once again never EVER am I coming here again

Over an hour wait after placing an online order to be ready at 5:30. Pizza actually had good flavor but breadsticks were over cooked and combined with the wait time not enough to make me want to leave more than a 1 star review. This location is terrible at timeliness. Won’t ever be back.

Utterly disgusted. Ordered pickup online, never received any notification the food was ready. Stupid online tracker just said food was “in the oven”. Poor wife goes into the store to try and find out, not a single employee in sight, and no food to be seen.
Wife finally calls to ask what the hell, only to have someone claiming to be the manager say they threw the food away because supposedly no one came to get it. When my wife tried to explain that she had in fact tried to pick up the food, this guy has the audacity to utter the words “don’t you lie to me”. Never got any food, no refund or anything. That’s just straight up theft

I bought a pepperoni pizza (with crazy crust) and an order of crazy puffs on the app. The estimated wait was about 30 minutes. I showed up at the estimated pick up time and was told my food wasn’t ready because they were still working on the crazy puffs. (Kitchen was fully staffed, as there were 5-7 people in the back making food.) I waited another 15 minutes in store for the crazy puffs. When my food was finally ready, I had to point out that they forgot the crazy crust. The cashier took my pizza and put so much butter on the pizza, it made it near inedible. (I had to heat up the pizza to melt most of the butter off in order to eat it without getting sick.) The crazy puffs were also unevenly sized and extremely tiny, about half the size they should have been.
My previous experiences weren’t all that great either. This wasn’t the first or even second time they forgot the crazy crust and the service has always been cold and unwelcoming. It’s unfortunate because I typically love Little Caesar’s Pizza but this location has some staff that needs work on their professionalism.

This has got to be the worst little Caesar’s I’ve ever been to the service is abysmal. They don’t even bother to update the app when you order caryout. You always have to go in and ask for your order just to find out it’s been ready and is now cold! I also saw a worker putting cheese on the pizza with his bare hands no gloves! I wish I could give zero stars not as it seems to matter much since it seems they do absolutely nothing to improve this store!

I’m not coming here no more. You can like order 30mins before you arrive to pick up your pizza and it still won’t be done. On top of that you going to be sitting in there waiting for another 30 minutes with a line of people who have also been waiting forever. They are missing the whole point of Little Caesars. This isn’t like a one-time thing this is every time stay clear of this Little Caesars unless you want to wait hours for a single pizza.

Christian the assistant manger was absolutely rude!! They told my wife that our food was given to another customer. I went in and asked if they had given it away and he replied ish. I asked what does ish mean he said no not really. Ok then where is the food? We showed up within the time frame given 20-25 mins and now you’re saying we have to wait another 15mins. I asked if there would be some kind of discount or maybe a free pizza coupon and he said no I usually only give that to people who don’t ask for it. My wife didn’t ask for anything and nothing was offered. Absolutely rude, disrespectful and unaccountable for their screw up.
