I went here for dinner. The concept is unusual for dine-in, you pre-pay online at your table and they bring it to you. They didn’t offer or provide any waters. Napkins and silverware were only provided by request.
The liver was really undercooked and dry, and the some of the rice in the Rainbow Bowl was so hard I had to remove it from my mouth. When we let the female staffer know, she said it would take 10 minutes to redo and would be too dry. We declined having it remade. The kitchen still remade the liver but by then our stomachs weren’t feeling great. We decided to just cut our losses and leave.
$71.98 + $5 cash tip = not worth it! The Nando’s in Reston is good though!

10/10 would recommend! Kayden, Kamar and Maria were amazing. The food was great (Peri Mac was surprisingly tasty) , the restaurant was clean and their customer service was top tier.
Service has declined post pandemic and it’s not often that you see friendly staff anymore. Younger staff at that. Everyone was attentive, polite, actually smiled and were just pleasant.
I don’t eat out as much anymore because the overall quality has gone down while prices have gone up. I’m glad I stopped by for dinner before I hopped on the train. Definitely check out this location if you want a good experience!

This was our first time visiting a Nando’s location and the staff were very friendly and made sure we understood the workings of their menu.
I got the Peri Chicken Rainbow Bowl with Chicken Breast (Medium Spice) and it was phenomenal. All the flavors and spices came together so nicely in a scrumptious bowl.
Their restaurant has a fantastic vibe to it and is very clean.
I suggest taking a few of the sauces in a cup to try with your meal. It was very helpful for me to know the spice level before I added it to my bowl. My favorite are the Lemon & Herb and Peri Medium with Garlic.
This location is across from the Rosslyn metro station so it is very convenient for those walking or taking metro. There is limited to no street parking available.

Contacted Nando’s corporate twice to see if I could get a replacement for this after I waited nearly 20 minutes for burnt food. No one reached out and it’s been over a week so I’m posting here.
I really like Nando’s but this place is inconsistent in terms of food quality served, sometimes they completely forget what ingredients go in bowls, add wrong sauces, or give you burnt food and completely cover it in sugar so don’t realize anything is wrong.

A TOTAL RIP-OFF: Bought 2 orders of chicken sandwich with sides. one dine-in and one to-go $35+. I wish I’d only ordered the dine-in, and I’d never ordered the other, but made the mistake of ordering both at the same time. The chicken sandwiches were All bun. little triangle patties of chicken were inside. One little triangle per half. thin and small. I expected chicken to be sticking out the edges, but nowhere near. And the buns weren’t big EITHER! When I showed the two guys running the place, they said they “hate that they have to serve it like that and that “they” (whoever “they” are) used to let them serve larger sizes, but not anymore. eating area bar/table near window was not wiped down at any of the seats also. A TOTAL RIP-OFF

I Went 30 minutes before closing and appreciated the friendly cashier so I tipped 20% on my to go order. The fries were basically trash- they were cold and so was the chicken bowl I ordered. The peri ranch was spoiled and I threw the entire meal away. Very disappointed.

Just ordered a normal rainbow salad online, which they managed to completely mess up. The salad was super freaking spicy and was also missing avocado. For what they charge the order should be correct. Not coming back to this location.
