I’m genuinely impressed and pleased with this location. Might be the day or the management currently, but this place is under construction and I didn’t even get my receipt in my pocket before my order was up. That’s literally unheard of. My fast food was actually fast and not at the expense of quality. Burger was hot, bun was soft, fries crispy and warm. Ingredients weren’t overflowing onto my hands. Again, genuine praise here. I went after work to get food and the drive thru was closed. I can understand that with the snow and the 2 lady’s at the front were amazing but when I got home and looked at my food it was wrong and extremely burnt we called the store and as soon as she said that we can’t come straight back tonight the male manager on the phone hung up I’m very disappointed as I’ve never had issues with them before but that’s just not good customer service as a experienced customer service employee I would never just hang up on someone like that. If you can’t do anything fine but at least explain that.

Best place for a bag of ice. Biggest bag you can probably find anywhere in town $2.13. easier to go inside to get it but they will get it to you through the drive through window. Getting your food may not always be the quickest but it’s always fresh and better than the competition so for me it’s worth the little extra wait. Employees are always polite just get a little upset when you hand them a $100 bill right before closing time

I ordered the 2 cheese burgers meal. Cheese burgers were put warm (not hot), and the onion rings are not fully cooked/crispy. Very disappointing visit.

Was passing through and I didn’t have a charging port in my vehicle, so I asked if I could charge my phone inside. They happily took my phone and charged it behind the counter. Thank u Burger King

The Impossible Whopper here is always on point. Great every single time. I’m a long time east sider and this location is the one!!
The staff is wonderful, friendly and efficient. We’ve never had an issue here. Great folks that work very hard.
