Just an incredible experience at the drive-through. I wouldn’t leave a review unless this was special and they were so helpful kind polite. I hadn’t been to El Pollo Loco in a while so I had a lot of dumb questions and they helped me customize my order. We’re very quick and charming.
No issues with the food either I asked for creamy chipotle sauce on my classic chicken burrito. Highly recommend it.

This is honestly the best customer service I have ever got at any pollo loco ! Very kind , polite, healthy environment. Pleasant place to enjoy my one hour lunch . Big shout out to Peter and Pedro always provide the best customer service.

the wait on the front counter was extremely long which i realized way too late and should’ve just gone through the drive thru. although, the quality and portion size of the $5 burrito meal made up for it. it seemed as though the beans, rice and chicken were made fresh specifically for the burrito. i’d return to this location but probably stick to the drive thru next time.

I don’t mind driving out of my way to reach this Pollo Loco, since they deliver quality. The staff has been great to deal with and the food is served fresh. The chicken is grilled to perfection and the salsas add some flavor. Keep an eye out in your mail as they tend to send coupons.

There was a 2 inch long chicken bone in my burrito, but worse than that was the avocado in my tostada was significantly rotten. I’ll include a pic if I can. It just really sucks cuz I love avocados, but not brown rotten avocados. Nice front desk lady though.
