Hands down best pizza place around! We got here later so we weren’t able to participate in the trivia night for Wednesday night 8pm if there are enough teams to play. We got to hear a lot of it and it made the atmosphere amazing. Family friendly and people spoke to us and was very welcoming. They made us feel apart of it all even without getting to play. Made this mama and my kids night! I highly recommend this place. We will be making this our regular pizza place to visit. I can’t wait to see what karaoke is like! We got the biggest chicken ranch pizza they had, the nachos, and pickle chips, as well as boneless chicken wings rootbeer float, superman ice-cream, and mint chocolate chip ice-cream. The baskets at the table make it so we don’t have to keep asking for things which makes it all easier for us and the waitress. Plenty of napkins cutlery staws and menu’s. We loved our waitress. Thank you for making our first time experience amazing!

We ordered a couple pizzas from here to try. The sausage pizza I ordered had over 6 pieces of pizza that did NOT HAVE A SINGLE piece of SAUSAGE on it. On top of that not a single piece of pizza had more then 1 sausage on it. I had over 25 people at my house and we all agreed it wasn’t correct. It’s very expensive now a days to go out and I get upset when I feel money I spent was not worth it. We spent over 60 dollars on pizza here. The customer service was great and the time it took to cook was fast. But unfortunately having over 6 pieces without any sausage left a bad taste in my mouth. I’ll add photos to show I’m not lying. The pizza tasted good, but I won’t be a returning customer due to the lack of toppings.

Considering I’ve had the food from here previously I’m very disappointed! I don’t know who was working but as a cooking professional it breaks my heart too see people send anything out of there establishment. The pizza was terrible the crust was still white. Wings far from tossed literally through in the box and someone poured sauce all over them. Called and complained to be offered 50% off my next order like I’ll really be considering coming back ! Sad to say my favorite pizza place that I’ve been loyal to for years has let me down. The hours are not correct on Google, even though it says updated by business 4 weeks ago. It states they are open until 2 am Thur through Sunday, however when I call I get a voicemail saying the hours are now midnight at the latest, any day of the week. I’ve been ordering from this place every week for 2 years, and they have always been open until 2 on at least Friday and Saturday. I was happy to see the hours updated to 2 am on a Thursday as Thursday is my Friday because I work 4 10s. Don’t update your hours if you won’t actually be open at that time. I will have to find a new place after the change in hours due to my schedule. Sad because this is the best pizza in the city of Rockford. Shout out to the delivery driver though. He is always on time and my pizza was always fresh. If there was an issue he would let you know.
Update: The business has now blocked me on Facebook after I left a comment about my issue, then they deleted my comment. I have been loyal to this place for well over 2 years. Hundreds of dollars spent to be treated this way, after talking them up and recommending them to everyone I know. Don’t get me wrong, The pizza is phenomenal, however I’m very disappointed with the way I was treated today.

Service is good, has definitely gone down since Victoria left. Food is generally good, and most people who visit are wonderful. Delivery takes awhile and the space is cramped. But they offer plenty of fun events throughout the week, including karaoke on Fridays 8:30pm-1am

Not happy with most recent delivery order. Small under cooked breaksticks, burger slid apart and made huge mess.
1st time here and loved it! Great prices and atmosphere. Very freindly staff. Fast delicious food. My wife and I are telling everyone we know about this place. They even have an updated website that works for ordering and they deliver in a large area. They just got 2 new customers for life.

Stopped in to try Italian Beef Pizza on a recommendation. Wasn’t sure what to expect. We also ordered a Windsor Supreme. Pizza was good and service was timely. I probably wouldnt go out of my way to order Italian Beef pizza but I would try their Italian Beef. The other pizza was good.

So ordered about a month ago from Windsor Pizza Parlor on Windsor and was extremely impressed as was a new try and it was a delivery and couldn’t complain. So tonight decided to try their closer location to us and ordered a large 2x cheese, sausage, and onion pizza and loaded fries and we picked it up. This is when it got disappointing as the pizza was not cooked thoroughly and was started to get cut in pies then cut in squares but the real kicker NOT COOKED! Then the loaded fries we got from the main location was full, loaded, and COOKED! So if you’re north of West Lane/173 I would recommend the main location on Windsor and just go pick it up or door dash. As this 2nd location (mag shift location) has horrible employees, management, and quality of food. Personally seen employees driving company car and smoking and wondered if food was in car. Just sad… hopefully I can get my money back and will not order from them for some time. Good luck if you decide to order from them.

My sister and I tried this place. We were very disappointed. Our service was terrible. Three times we had to ask for a box for our pizza. Then we ordered ice cream. After 20 minutes of waiting we didn’t need it that bad. How can a scoop a ice cream take 20 minutes. We finally the attention of a waitress. She didn’t even apologize for the poor service or the ice cream. Then I realized why our service was so bad. We had water. Everyone else had alcohol. They cater to people who drink. If you’re not a drinker, you’ll be waiting a long time for your meal

The wings all have feathers on them. Absolutely unappetizing. The pizza was OK for the price.
Removing a star because when we picked up the food the service was good but, when letting them know about the feathers on the wings, the lady behind the bar literally yelled at me and said that they “don’t pluck their own chickens”. Yeah, you OBVIOUSLY didn’t pluck them before throwing them in the fryer. What a joke. We will never go back here.
