Subs were good. Chicken parm was good but not great. The Italian was very good for a cold sub, but it would have been better if they offered a hot option. They sell bags of chips for a side and also have some items in their market. They have some seats inside and seemed to do an even mix of eat in and take out.

Absolutely incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-notch — friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Everyone from the person at the register to the folks working hard in the kitchen went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell they really care about what they do. While staying in the area, we stopped in for a quick lunch. Husband and I love Italian cold cut subs and had to try one from here. The place was busy at lunch time – always a good sign! Subs are ordered and then you wait for your number to be called. Plenty of indoor seating to eat your food once done. It did not take long to get our food and it was delicious. My only recommendation – I dislike subs with the meat on the outside of the sandwich vs on the inside along the bread. When the meat is on the outside of the sandwich, I feel like you don’t get the full taste of all the toppings with the bread. The inside bites were full of lettuce and other toppings with no meats. This wouldn’t stop me from coming back though, just a personal preference. Def recommend!

I’m local and now live in the Long Neck area. Moved to DE (Rehoboth) in 1993. There is no one comparable for an Italian and I will make the drive to Casapullas anytime I want a good hoagie. I also find their cheesesteaks (reg. and chicken) to be my personal favs. I just wish there was a Long Neck location!

I was excited to take the boys here because I used to go here when I was a young kid. The reg cheesesteaks were disappointing honestly. My son’s friends said the chicken cheesesteak was excellent. I was used to seeing Casapulla’s subs stuffed with so much meat. My cheesesteak was light in meat and not great.

I was served RAW chicken. Yes, entirely raw. It was disgusting.
But what was even more upsetting is how the store reacted. They did not even say sorry nor did they offer to make me a second order.

– No, I was never “offered” a replacement. The counter staff simply took a look at the raw chicken, and then walk away.
– I only asked for the refund long after waiting for their responses, where there’s none.
– Partial refund received.

Don’t be scared off by the price of a sub. The portion size is large and the quality is fantastic. Incredible value for the money. This is not subway or anything a chain restaurant could match.
