We had a large group that needed a place to accommodate us after a funeral. The staff at the Copper Kettle were absolutely wonderful! Not only was service great but the food was delicious! I had the Crab cake based on the reviews I had read and it did not disappoint! They have a fantastic crab cake with lump meat and no filler. It was seasoned perfectly! The baked potato was probably one of best I have had in a restaurant in a long time. The bar made a delicious New Fashioned and dessert should not be skipped!

I highly recommend this place EVERYTHING about it was great!! The hostess greeted us with a big smile and even asked us where we would like to sit. You usually dont get that option at other restaurants. We picked near the fireplace of course! Beautiful! The food menu was not over-filled yet had the most delicious choices available, our salads came 1st and we didn’t have to wait long. Melissa our waitress was excellent, the soft music was nice not over bearing in our ears like some places. This is definitely one of our favorite places!

The sign stated “House of Prime Rib” and did not disappoint. Hands down the best Prime Rib in range of Harrisburg. It’s worth the drive. Atmosphere was quiet, premises clean and well maintained. Food is well plated and prepared. Sarah was personable and attentive. Will make a point of visiting again.

We went with a large party, but we waited an hour before they came to take our order, then waited an hour and a half for our food to come out. They forgot to place my husband’s order, so his food came out after the rest of us were done eating. The waitress tried to make it right which was nice and otherwise it was good service. The food itself was delicious, but not worth the price. They also ran out of baked potatoes, but then the kettle fries and the rustic potatoes came out and they were baked potatoes cut in half. I don’t plan to go again.

Our waitress was friendly and attentive. Their crab cakes are the best in the area. If you like crab meat you have to try them! I had the brisket and potatoes which was good but not great. This is a nice restaurant with good food. But it feels like they are trying to be a high end restaurant and haven’t got it right yet. The interior is very clean but could be more cozy. The black tables and chairs with grey vinyl floors and gray walls have a cold feel to it. (It’s missing an ambiance) Some food is outstanding and some is good but not great. For the prices it should all be great!

The Atmosphere was early American style. I ordered their signature dish, The Roasted Prime rib. They have been making it 69 years. It is slow roasted to perfection. The seasoning was just right. It was served exactly how I ordered it. Medium Rare. With a perfect Au- Jus sauce, It was so tender and tasted Delicious. It’s one of the best Prime rib I have ever had. The sides and Dessert, top-notch. Plus the service was excellent. Tracy our waitress was very polite, courteous and friendly. The pricing was what you would expect for this type of Restaurant.

We stopped tonight for dinner as a recommendation from the hotel staff. We experienced one of our best meals. Delicious prime rib and homemade crab cake. Simply delicious. The staff are lovely and our server Robin was so attentive . Thank you for a great meal and an enjoyable evening.

This is our go-to restaurant when visiting family in town. Friendly service and higher tier menu options than most in the area. My parents had their rehearsal dinner at the previous location in 1960 so we’re loyal customers.
