I ordered wimpy wimpy wings, lemon pepper wings, and large fries on my wings and things meal. The wings were dry with hardly any sauce and the fries were not large. The lemon pepper wings had no seasoning on them. See the pics.

The food is never an issue but man….. the arrow sign by the drinks was full of dust. I mean full of it. I could skate on the dining room floor and to top it off, they have no highchair or booster seats? We had to hold my 11 month old. That was a struggle trying to eat and hold him. I thought it was a family restaurant?

Went through drive thru and order a kicking chicken meal, a 3 nibbler meal, and some egg rolls. The first window gentlemen were so polite, got to the second window and was swung my food, it almost fell. Got halfway home before realizing there was absolutely no chicken in my nibblers. No sauce. Just some buttered rolls.
Turned around and drove back and when I told them what had happened they asked if I just wanted three pieces of chicken.
After the gas and the trip back, no.
I asked for three more nibblers and was again swung my bag.
It’s an hour til close and dead. There should be no reason y’all are that distracted.

I ordered the 3 piece big zax snack and asked for ketchup, zax sauce, and extra seasoning on the fries. The person taking my order repeated it back to me correctly, but I received no ketchup and about 10 of the most naked, unseasoned fries I’ve ever seen. They literally did not even have salt on them. This Zaxbys is always slow, so I wasn’t totally surprised that it took 20+ minutes to get my food when there were a total of three cars including mine in the drive through. I’m just confused how they left things out of my order and prepared the things they did include improperly when they were clearly taking their time and literally only had 3 orders to fulfill.

This is unacceptable! It literally looks like someone ate this food and we got the left overs. I was taking food to my mom who works at the hospital and this is what she gets. I tried calling the establishment but of course no answer. I couldn’t drive back because I had somewhere to go. I’ve not had an establishment answer the phone. But this is not okay!!! And the fact that it wasn’t busy!!

I had not visited this Zaxby’s since they remodeled and reopened, a while back.
I am so glad that I stopped in! This is one of the best Zaxby’s that I have visited in a long time. I stopped in Friday AND Saturday. I don’t eat fast food, that often, ever!
For a while, the location next to Athens Tech was the best around…now this is location is just as good!
The restaurant was spotless. The staff was friendly. I had trouble with the app, and it wasn’t allowing my payment to go through. They made sure to help out, until they were able to resolve the issue.
The lady making the drinks in the dining room was extremely pleasant. She was friendly and welcoming. She kept conversation going, and made you feel like she has known you all of her life.
The food was fresh and crispy!

The only thing that was good was my Diet Coke and cheesecake bites. On top of that there was only 2 cars a head of me and it took 10 minutes to get my food. I was 10 minutes from my job and the fry’s looked old and maybe even re-dropped in the grease. The boneless wings looked like they sat in the sauce for an hour. My husband works at a zaxbys in Lawrenceville and when he brings me home food it is way better and we live 40 minutes from his job. This store needs to do better.
