Unfortunately this time nothing was warm but just little to no cheese on a pizza just tasted like dough and sauce. I moved from VA to NC and my favorite thing was my parents bringing me michaelangelos when I lived out of state (even though it was 5 hours old) was way better than what we received today. In the past same with the subs. Taste NOTHING Like the Swansboro or Snead’s ferry location.

Food and service are always great! The quality of the pizza is fantastic. I always get takeout and have never waited more than a couple minutes at pickup, things are ready when they say it will be. I would recommend a specific pizza, but I’ve tried almost all their specialties and they are all really great! I’m from a town over and I almost always make sure to pick up a pie or two on my way home from Greenville, always at this location.

This the third time I’ve ordered slices of pizza and it was super dry, cold and disgusting. I called back to let this location (Fire tower road) know my concern. Only to speak with the Assistant mgr. “ Shocker “ (I believe is what he told me) and he wasn’t pleasant and didn’t seem concerned at all with my complaint. I asked for the manager’s name and when I asked for his last name, he couldn’t remember how it was pronounced. Which is really strange considering he is the assistant manager. When I voiced my concerns with his lack of care and professionalism, his response was.. it has been a bad day! I was baffled. I have worked with customers and Customer Service for over 20 years and I’ve had plenty of bad days. Never have I used that as an excuse to treat my customer like they’re nothing. I understand that if it wasn’t for the customers, we wouldn’t have a job. I have ordered from this location for years and haven’t had many issues. However, this was the 3rd time my money has been wasted. I will no longer order from Michaelangelos, at least this location.

I’m very disappointed in the quality of the pizza lately. This place used to be dependable and always on top of it. 4 pizzas in a row something wrong. A hole with burnt cheese on the bottom, more sauce than requested, cold, well over baked, a taste of onion when no onion on pizza, lack of cheese, some of this with just one of the pizzas. It’s now at the point where I’ll pass. Too many pizza places in Greenville to accept this quality.

So. We ordered a large pizza. The cashier gave us the wrong pizza. We live 20 minutes away. No management onsite. Refused to compensate the mistake. Spent 1.5 hours to get the right order. Company policy. Spent almost an hour on the phone to get it corrected with zero resolution. Never again.

First time at this location and just wanted to add my thoughts of the visit.
First, I found the associates very nice and welcoming. Just to let you know if a little background I migrated to NC from Buffalo NY. The pizza in my d hometown is very flavorful and enticing and you will want to over eat because you can’t get enough.
I have had the pizza at a different location and found it good. One think I like about Michelangelo’s is you can get a single slice instead of a whole pie. We got a slice while waiting for our order of pizza and wings.
They have inside dining and seats labeled so you know which are available for sitting so they help with accommodation of the 6ft rule. We noticed that tables that you can’t sit are clean but many tables were dirty with crumbs and stains, leaving you to wipe them down. Now we didn’t ask any one to clean up, we just took it on ourselves because there was a line..
I went to wash my hands and every time I have to push to enter, you can bet you have to grab a handle to exit. Many businesses don’t have an understanding or care that all customers don’t was their hands, even during the pandemic. Even McDonald’s installed the little kickers at the bottom of the doors so you don’t have to touch the handle. Unfortunately almost every thing in the bathroom requires you to touch and therefore possibly spread germs.
Lastly we got our pizza and wings and I can only say it was OK. Don’t know if it’s because the sauce was minimal or it was they add minimum spices because some don’t like spicy foods but it in my opinion was lacking. Even the medium hot wings in my opinion are in need of flavor.
I do think they are worth a try but feel they can do better.

First time ordering from this location and the last.. Buffalo chicken pizza.. Where is the cheese? What little cheese they put not even melted, still chucky stringy. Suppose to come with ranch drizzle, has zero ranch on it. Came folded. Disappointed!! SMH!!

I love coming to this pizza chain, it’s my favorite one. Subs are amazing and I love the pizza and spaghetti ive been coming here for years. in which ever location that’s closest to me their all good.

Pizza can be better if the crust wasn’t so tough. I do like the thin New York style pizza and you can buy it from the slice.
Maybe they roll the dough too much or not enough yeast. Pushing out order quickly and therefore quality went down.

I will NEVER eat food from this place again!!! The food was terrible!!! I ordered chicken parmigiana with spaghetti and got the worst creation of food ever. The chicken was deep fried so hard and then chopped into tiny pieces which was spread over the top of the sauce which had cheese sprinkled on top. Then it was placed in an oven to cook some more. (See picture enclosed) I ordered an extra large pizza with extra cheese. This pizza had no taste and the crust was bland. There was no seasoning to the sauce at all. This is supposed to be an authentic Italian restaurant. To top it off the cooking staff had no hair nets on while cooking. They had ball caps on but their hair was loose hanging. ☹️
