They have street tacos for $2 on Tuesdays. I go basically every week since it’s close to where I work. The tacos are good too. I like the chorizo and pastor ones the most, but their all pretty good (the chicken is a bit dry the one time i tried it). Only downer is lengua is regular price, lol.. Can’t have everything, lol.

I’ve tried a multitude of taco trucks in the area and this one is a standout for their street tacos (tried a regular hard shell taco and was disappointed.. Muchas Gracias on the other side of town has the best of those). The fact that you can get them for $2 on Tuesdays is a HUGE bonus.

The only knock is sometimes the older lady who works the window doesn’t understand what I’m saying and it’s resulted in receiving the wrong order a couple of times. No biggie, but worth mentioning.

I got a birria plate, but when I got back home, I discovered that they only gave me two small pieces of meat, lots of fat and super fatty soup for $15. I don’t recommend this plate at all.

Excellent Mexican truck. I’ve tried four types of tacos: carne asada, carnitas, pastor, and birria. I like the carne asada and carnitas the best. The pastor burrito was good but I wish I would have chose asada. But the shining star are their breakfast burritos. I had a machaca with no potatoes. It’s the best I’ve had in the PNW. I’ve also tried the bacon breakfast burrito. I like the machaca much better. All in all an excellent truck to have in the neighborhood. Decent amount of parking. PRO TIP: If you like spicy they have a red and creamy habanero sauces. Both are good but I think the habanero is more to my taste. I ordered a Mexican Coke in a bottle. I won’t do that again since it’s $4. My total bill came to $15 and some change. Check out my profile for more great eateries and craft cocktail bars. ✌

First time here. Was in need of a breakfast burrito! The second part, it was close to my place!! Had a sausage and bacon breakfast burrito and an el pastor taco. It was great! And the price..under $11.00 total!

Found this hidden gem last week and have already been back twice.
The shrimp tacos and chips were so good! Best I’ve had since moving here. The prices were fare and the service fast and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

First time at this taco truck and didn’t had a nice experience.
Inside music was to loud the lady taking my order couldn’t hear me, I had to kind of raise my voice, which was very uncomfortable because people at the Dutch Bros drive-thru were staring.
Ordered the pastor tacos and the meat needed more flavor.
I was disappointed with the asada torta, one slice of tomato and a little bit of lettuce. No mayo or onion or avocado.
I recommend going to their other location by Andressen.

Moved to Vancouver from Ridgefield about a year ago and I’ve noticed this truck here for too long until I tried it last night.. hands down best taco truck I’ve had since I’ve been in the northwest. Looking forward to trying more and hoping the service and consistency stays the same, 5 stars on all sides!

Fantastic taqueria food truck. The tacos are so good. The birra burritos are also very good. I highly recommend this taco truck if you’re in the area.

We visit every taco truck within a twenty mile radius of home. Until today, only one has impressed us enough, all around, we return regularly.

Tonight, we tried out this food spot. It’s permanently parked just outside one of the drive-thru lanes of Dutch Bros. That lane has been blocked, and a round, wire-mesh patio type table sits there for those who want to dine on site.

We did have some mild communication confusion trying to relay questions regarding food preparation for my gluten allergy issues. If a cooking surface is scraped clean…as they are over 300 degrees, I’m good. However, trying to explain that when I failed to keep up in my high school, Spanish was stop and go, but we managed it, and the lady taking our order did understand and let the cook know.

We ordered no-cheese birria, carnita, and al pastor, and I ordered chicken. Instead of chicken, what I got was beef that was a perfect mixture of fat to lean, and I swear there was cheek meat in there, I didn’t say anything about the mix-up because it was perfection.

All the meats were clearly flavored differently and had an Anglo level of medium spice. The tacos come with thick, grilled white onion, a lightly grilled jalapeno, spicy carrots, pickled jalapeno, cilantro, and diced onions. There were also a couple of sliices radishes in each Styrofoam container.

We were offered green salsa, red or habenero. I have a habenero hotsauce at home, so I popped off with that, thinking it would be medium spicy but flavorful. One sniff of the little sauce container seared some nasal hairs. Lesson learned.

So to recap…if you want delicious, medium spicy tacos and Latin food, this is the spot. If you prefer more mild but still good tacos and more…Delicious tacos are good as well. Both are good about gluten allergies. I hope they both do well and remain close-by.

This place also has Jarrito sodas for purchase with a bottle cap remover hanging to the left of the order counter.
