After several attempts to eat at both Stringtown Rd and Broadway locations in Grove City over the last few months, I feel it’s necessary to share why I’m no longer going to frequent these locations. The employees leave much to be desired, which is honestly whatever in today’s world. However, the inability of these locations to provide quality customer service leads me to question if upper management gives a rat’s tail about anything. Attached is a picture of what I ordered this morning , a B.E.L.T. Bagel sandwich that’s missing both the “L” and the “T”.

On my way to work each morning, I always swing through the drive-through for my iced coffee, and it truly makes my day. The team is consistently friendly, welcoming me with smiles and even remembering my usual order. It’s such a small thing, but being recognized and having my order right every single time means a lot.

The customer service is exceptional, and my iced coffee supreme with extra cream is always perfect. It’s the best way to start my mornings — great people and a wonderful drink. Highly recommend!

I just left this Tim Hortons and I did a mobile order for a large iced cap. A large iced cap now cost $5.70. When I got to the window I saw my iced cap and it is about an inch below the top of the cup. That doesn’t even include the lid space that’s just the cup itself. I told the guy at the window that I wasn’t accepting it because why am I paying almost $6 for a cup that’s not full or even almost full. He then told me that this is regulation fill. I’ve been going to Tim Hortons nearly every day for 25 years and this has never been the case at any other store. I will be contacting corporate to get my money back because this is insane and completely unacceptable.

Food is ok. I order mayo with my sandwich all the time but it’s never on there? Ice caps taste very bitter or bland sometimes. Service much improved over the last 6 months or so. Night shift needs more work tho. They aren’t as pleasant. Atmosphere? Well I will say this. I don’t go in and eat often because I’m normally grossed out. It stinks, it looks and feels dirty. From the floor to ceiling. I walked in once and there was a drink all over the door not like it had just happened. Sticky gross. Floors feels grimy. Even through my shoes. Everytime I sit down I feel like I have to wipe the table and seats off. It just feels like it is the last concern which is scary since they make our food. Maybe hire someone to just do that. Clean literally everything constantly. With bleach, soap, and fresh water. I would submit pics but I don’t have the storage on my phone to keep pics like that. Also please fix your app. Everytime I try to use it I can’t use it on the stuff I buy? Even when I try to get the ice cap deals. It won’t take it even tho the app says I can order it. It’s a joke and very frustrating. Seeing improvement compared to a year or so ago when everyone literally just walked out.

Typically decent service here the times I’ve come, with a few snafoos randomly, which happen now and then, however the closing shift frequently ‘closes early’ and stand in the lobby talking.

Even as much as 20 minutes early. They respond on the drive thru , because the screen isn’t closed with the sleeping message. They are closed. When questioned, they say we’re sold out.

I worked at Tim Hortons in Canada and the USA for 5 years. You don’t “sell out”. You have coffee, tea, ice caps, and other physical products etc. if you “sell out” you didn’t bother throwing more frozen donuts/bagels in the oven. It isn’t like it was before where we had night bakers that actually churn out donuts, so you could indeed “sell out” it’s all grown product (sadly, but i digress)

When I used the drive thru one time, I said you’re open for 20 more minutes. They said :oh yeah we just decided to close a bit early today. I said, what? That really isn’t an option. They said oh, were sold out. I said you’re sold out of drinks? They said yes.

I know they are just messing around and not wanting to work, but this was really irritating since we didn’t go to a different location on purpose because we knew this timmies was on the route a bit further down and would be open when we passed.

So, really poor service many times in the evening at closing, but typical day shift it is a decent location.

It makes me crazy seeing 2-3 people standing inside just waiting out the clock and not bothering to serve customers.
They also “close early” with friends inside the lobby. If I wasn’t in a hurry, I’d have taken a photo or video to send along.

I have come to this location several times and apparently I like tormenting myself. Every time I have come here something is WRONG. I usually don’t complain but, this location is absolutely terrible. Today is the final straw. I wanted a small French vanilla and old fashioned donut. The donut was lackluster and the French vanilla was watered down to the point it had no taste. I took it back and they apologized and gave me a medium French vanilla. I guess since I complained about the water down flavor, they decided to just pour me a lukewarm cup of sludge! It was so thick and bitter! I’m done! They need to pack this side show up and hit the road!
