The food was great and service was great. The problem was the restaurant is not very handicap friendly. They do offer 2 handicap parking spots but they are a good distance from the building and their sidewalk only has a ramp on the side where the handicap spots are at. The ramp is fine for going up but when walking down it with a walker it’s very steep for that person. Also the doors have no buttons to push for the doors to open up so if a person was by themselves that required a walker or wheelchair it would be a struggle for them to enter the building

Whenever we’re in Cincinnati we ALWAYS look forward to a cheesesteak from Penn Station. It has been consistent with taste, freshness and quality since we’ve been coming here. From the meat, peppers, onions, to the fresh fried fries and soft fresh baked bread that is THE cherry on top. BY FAR the best cheesesteaks we’ve ever had! Please come to Florida!

Call in if your going to want drive in orders! Phone below! It’s a sandwich place..and for the money you get a great sandwich that will be usually stuffed right. The fries are good, the lemonade is good. Not all stores are the same in as it really depends on who’s making the order that will make you like them or not.

The last times calling in order they will not answer the phone last night I over heard the question about answering the phone at the puck up window .as I was paying for my food i told the lady I was going to as the same question. Lady Responded we get busy we don’t answer the phone. So next time when they don’t answer the phone I will find other food!
