If I could give a 0 star, I would. They messed up both sandwiches! I ordered the firehouse steak and cheese, as well as the Italian and that is not what I received at all! The steak and cheese has lettuce tomato onion when that doesn’t even come on it! The Italian didn’t have lettuce or onion on there. The staff were all just playing around and clearly not paying attention to what they were doing. Then, when I called to tell them about this colossal mistake, the “shift lead” told me she spoke to her workers and they said they didn’t put lettuce, tomato, onion on the steak and cheese. There isn’t even any cheese on this!!! Well, here’s your proof that whoever said that is a liar. Not only that, I wanted the Cajun seasoning on it and didn’t receive it. The “shift lead” clearly doesn’t know what she is doing either because she had a hard time even ringing up my order. I have worked at a firehouse in the past and it’s very hard to make this big of a mistake unless you are TRULY not paying attention to what you’re doing.

The food is always good here. Very fresh bread and vegetables – even on the weekend. I recommend this location highly and enjoy the Hook and Ladder with a drink from the Coca Cola Freestyle machine. Good job, Texarkana Firehouse Subs!

Best Subs in Texarkana hands down. I had the Cajun, it was amazing. My husband had the Hero and he really enjoyed it. I really like the fact that they promote our first responders. The mural is super cute and funny. You have to see it to understand that statement.

I love the staff at Firehouse Subs in Texarkana. They are so friendly and always recognize and call me out when I walk in the door. They are professional and always get my order out to me fast. The food is always hot and delicious. My favorite place for lunch.

What a great group of people working here. I do come here occasionally and it is always clean, fresh and friendly. Always a great selection of sandwiches, drinks and treats. The last time i went they were not offering a sandwich that was on promotion anymore but the ladies working that day said they could still make it for me and it was terrific. Go here for great food.

First time placing my order online here. Went to the ” online orders ” sign, asked about my order. Told a girl my name and she replied ” no orders by that name “. I told her it was made online, the other girl replied it was on the shelf. I said thanks and got my order and left. I just thought since they just prepared my order they might know my name. Next time I know just to look on the shelf. Just went again the other day, only 2 ppl working. Every table in the place was dirty. One went on break only to use her cellphone for her entire break. My orders will be to go from now on.
