Was contemplating eating a brisket sandwich at 11 am, and man I have no regrets!!! From TX I have very high expectations, and this place hit the spot perfectly. Brisket was pull apart tender. It came with BBQ sauce but not really needed with all the flavor. Def coming back and recommend to anyone visiting Prescott! The Gastropark is awesome.

I didn’t want my husband to have to cook tonight so we tried Mad Honey BBQ for the first time. Wow! The food was outstanding! We ordered the one-pound of Brisket with a side of tallow fries and a pint of Mac & Cheese! The brisket fell apart in your fork and the Mac & Cheese was 100% homemade and delicious! The tallow fries were to die for as well! Chef Scott was super nice and he really has the best BBQ in town!

Mad Honey Food Truck is ALWAYS a go to when I visit Arizona. Love that the food truck has a permanent spot in Prescott now! The ribs and brisket sandwich are Hands down…. THE BEST!!! I love extra fats on my brisket and chef Scott always seems to find me the best slices for my sandwich! Love that this family owned business supports other local businesses… military and LEOs! I’ve been hearing about the smash burger and that’s definitely on the list to try next time I’m in town!

The MAD Honey bbq makes the greatest brisket I’ve ever tasted. I am literally addicted. I had his brisket sandwich for lunch one day just to try it out and the very next day I was back to get as much as I could. His Mackin cheese is outstanding as well. I really hope he’s able to scale up a bit just so he doesn’t run out so fast anymore. Give it a try you won’t regret it, just leave some for me please.

Had heard about this place, all good. Went for lunch and OMG it was incredible. Went back the next day and bought dinner. Melt in your mouth beef with ‘to die for’ flavor! The fries were cooked in tallow YUM. My son loved the mac-n-cheese. This is food that is dense in nutrients and flavor, the kind of food you could get before they flooded the market with toxic seed oils and over-processed garbage. This is REAL FOOD!

We discovered Mad Honey BBQ truck a few weeks ago. I had their ribs and brisket. It was some of the best BBQ I have ever had. My disappointment is that I have returned three times since. Their sign says open 7days. The 1st time there were no ribs. It was Sunday and the woman told me that they only have ribs on special order. I got the brisket and it was excellent. The 2nd time on a Sunday we drove across town only to find they were closed mid-day. The most recent time was a Tuesday around 11:30 a.m. I wanted to get a brisket plate. I waited in line for about 10 minutes while the only person on the truck served customers waiting in the picnic area and then took an order from the person waiting ahead of me. As the person in front of me finished paying I approached to place my order. At this point the woman in the truck, without saying a word placed sign on the counter saying “NO BRISKET”. Because this was my 3rd disappointing attempt at trying to eat their great BBQ, I simply walked away flustered. As it is a bit out of my way to go there, I’m not sure it’s worth the effort.

I got the steakhouse burger with a side of tallow fries and sat at the table right out front. This is a food truck so don’t expect indoor seating. My burger was amazing and filling with plenty of toppings! My fries were a bit over seasoned, but nicely crisped. I will definitely be back!

One of the biggest reasons I miss living in Prescott Valley is easy access to Mad Honey. Scott’s food is top notch. After living in Fort Worth for seven years, I was exposed to lots of Texas BBQ. The Mad Honey BBQ meets or exceeds anything I had in Texas. I highly recommend!!!
