Worst sweet tea I’ve had. Literally tasted like dish soap. The sandwich was good but soggy from too much sauce. They apparently discontinued the baked beans which is what I get every time so I got Fries. They charged me 29 cents per Sauce. Ridiculous and not worth it.

Food was very poorly packaged, literally thrown in there. We didn’t get our sauces. This is not ok. This is horrible. It’s not hard to put the things in the boxes and make it look presentable. Food is also cold after waiting on it for 20 minutes.

Nice location. Clean, even the restrooms were surprisingly clean. Friendly staff, meals exactly what one would expect from a KFC. You can order at the counter, or use one of the self order kiosks, a nice feature.

This the nicest KFC I’ve been in – in years. Was a little slow waiting on us at the counter or it would have been 5 stars. They are pumping food out the window really surprised more people weren’t dining in. Nice big clean dining room and they had the potpies READY!!! If you’ve not tried one your really missing out!

I’ve been there 3 or 4 times trying to get a order after working all day go there stand in line 15 mins girl was like theres someone up need their order took noone came then i try to order another time they didn’t have the food to complete what I wanted. Then I went again put in a order though drive threw they tell me pull up set there in my car for another 15 mins.

The chicken was incredibly disappointing—dry, flavorless, and clearly left sitting under a heat lamp for far too long. It’s nothing like the fresh, golden chicken I’ve had at KFC in Australia, where it’s perfectly cooked, juicy, and slides right off the bone. That’s the standard I expected, but unfortunately, this location fell far short.
If you’re local, skip this place and try Charlie’s Chicken instead. Yes, they’re a bit more expensive, but their chicken is consistently fresh and well-prepared, making it worth every penny.
To make matters worse, the staff here were unprofessional, and the cashier seemed strung out, which made the entire visit uncomfortable. Experiences like this make me wish food quality and service standards in the U.S. were stricter to keep places like this accountable. I definitely won’t be coming back.

Absolutely awful! The chicken strips were like rubber and the potatoes were crusty! They also have some of the rudest staff! Definitely will not be going back to the one here in town!
