We went on a busy Saturday night and were seated right away. They have the option of outdoor dining which is nice. We ordered the crunchy garlic ribs and they were good. A couple could have been cooked a little longer. The eggrolls were good but didn’t jump at you with flavor. Crab Rangoons had real crab meat which is nice, the cream cheese was really sweet some in our group compared it to cheesecake filling. The Beef and Noodles were very flavorful and made with quality noodles. One unique thing about this place is the sweet and sour sauce. It seems to be made with an applesauce base. The hot mustard has a healthy mix of horseradish, I like it but it’s an experience. Will go back and try some other dishes. Service and host were very nice the food came fast.

me and my partner came here for something good. as soon as we walk in, we’re bombarded with “what do you want”, asking for orders when we haven’t even sat down yet. workers came over asking for our order 3 times in the span of 5 minutes. we felt like we shouldn’t be there, tensions were high. the workers were rolling their eyes, slamming food down, and constantly refilling water (which doesn’t seem bad, but it was annoying when it was literally every sip). the food was very bad. the soup was very slimy and slippery, and didn’t have much of a taste. the serving was gigantic for only two people. the shanghai dumplings smelled absolutely disgusting and tasted horrible. there was nothing but meat in the dumplings too, and it was $16. don’t come here unless you want an awful experience.

The workers were very disrespectful and tried to make our party of 5 pay together and tried to include a 25% tip. Then we asked to separate it and was met with another attitude (the restaurant wasn’t busy) then we got our separate tickets and the employee signed all of our receipts and tipped herself. The food was also very mediocre I don’t recommend this place at all it was the only place without a line for a reason I guess!

Visited from out of town on a random visit. No idea what all the 1 stars are about because this place slaps. Some of the best food I’ve had in awhile. Every dish was hit out the park (ordered 4 items). The duck was perfect! You hear me PERFECT. The place is really clean, tons of menu options, and the service was great. The people were friendly and very accommodating to whatever we needed. My waitress even waited for me to try the duck to get my reaction; she loved my over the top enjoyment response. To give an establishment a 1 star based on a server is crazy. Next time I’m in The Chi, I’ll be going back for more duck. Thanks Lee Wing Wah for the great meal.

Food was good but service was HORRIBLE. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with “what do you want?”. They rolled their eyes multiple times and had attitude the whole time. Again food was good.

Their foods are really tasty and usually fresh. When you are hungry and cannot wait for a long line, this is the place to go. They are quick. I am always giving at least 20% or more for tip so no issue with me about this.

Delicious! The beef with bamboo shoots and mushrooms was pretty good, as well as the chicken lo mein and the scallion pancakes. I think the pancakes were my favorite part of the meal. The tea was soothing and the lychee smoothie was refreshing.

Stopped in on a whim, and glad we did! Started off with egg rolls and beef sticks. The egg rolls were large and fresh, the beef sticks crispy and tender. Then decided to go with the scallion pancakes and garlic spare ribs… yum!
The ribs were also crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, the order more than enough for two. Scallion pancakes light and tasty…would reccommend!

We almost didn’t want to eat here because of the 3.6 rating. We are definitely glad we did All our food was great Kung Pao chicken was on point hot and sour soup and wonton soups were amazing and very big portions. Would definitely here again don’t let the 3.6 start rating steer you away.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. I don’t normally write bad reviews but this place was just awful. When we walked in the host or cook and server were arguing and yelling- we just ignored it. The server looked like she hated her job The food was alright and that’s being generous 2/10 food. I crossed off a tip because it was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. And just wrote our total. She came back up to us and looked at us like we were stupid and said this didn’t include a tip…ma’am u did nothing but drop the food off. No water refills, no conversations, and not even a smile…so i ended up giving her a tip but generally did not want to. I do NOT recommend going there.
