I had a great experience at this Wendy’s and wanted to leave a review because it really stood out. First of all, the place is noticeably very clean — the dining area, tables, and overall atmosphere are well maintained, which immediately makes a good impression. You can tell that cleanliness is a priority here.

The employees were extremely pleasant, friendly, and professional. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. They were polite, attentive, and clearly knew what they were doing, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

What impressed me the most was how fast the service was. I literally just got mentally prepared to wait for my order, and before I knew it, my burger was already ready and handed to me. That level of speed is rare and very appreciated, especially when you’re on a lunch break or short on time.

The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I expected from Wendy’s. Overall, this location delivers excellent service, a clean environment, and a very positive customer experience. I would absolutely recommend this Wendy’s to anyone looking for a quick, tasty meal with great service.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Wendy’s. When I got home and opened my salad, the lettuce looked old and spoiled — it even appeared to have mold on it. The leaves were wilted and hard, like it had been sitting out for a day or two. The chicken was also tough and dry, making the entire salad look and feel unsafe to eat.
This isn’t the first time I’ve been disappointed here. I decided to give it another chance, hoping things might be better this time, but unfortunately, it was just as bad. It’s very concerning to receive food in this condition, especially when it should be fresh.

I want to take a moment to share my experience at this Wendy’s location. Earlier, I was very disappointed with China King across the street in the same plaza. Since I don’t live in this county, I often have to leave my area just to get food. After my bad experience there, I decided to try Wendy’s instead.

Even though there are plenty of fast-food options open, I chose Wendy’s because their chicken actually tastes like real chicken to me. I truly appreciate the freshness of my food and the staff’s effectiveness and communication — for example, they let me know the fries had just been dropped and I’d need to wait a little. That type of honesty goes a long way.

After already dealing with one bad experience that night, the last thing I wanted was another one. Thankfully, the night crew at this Wendy’s really came through. When the young lady taking my order wasn’t sure about something, another staff member immediately stepped in, explained what could and couldn’t be substituted in the Biggie Bag deal, and walked me through the menu more thoroughly.

I left feeling blessed by their patience and professionalism — so I made sure to bless them in return.

The worst experience and management ever. I order two biggie bags one chicken blt and it had no blt. So I took it back. They told me that’s not what I said when clearly I know what I ordered. I was never provided a receipt. I was also told I had to pay the difference of the sandwich which I’m like ok until she then says it’s $3.50 when the entire meal is only $6. She told me I had to pay for a whole new sandwich which is insane bc all I had to be charged for would be the missing topping and I gave the sandwich back. I told her I would rather have a refund she claims she refunded me but once again never could produce a receipt. I asked for corporates number and she declined. Do better with management and if you don’t know what you are doing as a manager work in the back.

I see why they have a 3.1 review at the time of this writing.

Even if you ask them to fix your food fresh in the nicest, kindest way, she will still look at you with an attitude, and then proceed to hide the stale fries at the bottom of the box.

And they still drenched the fries with salt, I’ve never tasted any Wendy’s fries this salty ever in my entire life. Crazy.

Worst sandwich ever. Asked for onions and pickles and this is what I got. The employees were rude and took forever to get my food. Will never go back. I ordered a spicy chicken and it’s not even the spicy chicken. They gave me a regular chicken and it was cold. Management really needs to fix this issue. They had three employees and made me order on the app.
