Stacey and company killed it. She suggested the onion rings and with good cause. That lady knows her rings because those bad boys had to have picture taken. The club was awesome and the pickle… I usually give my pickle away. These days it just stays on the plate. And I love pickles. Isn’t that weird. I can eat a whole jar of pickles before I get home from the store, but I get to a diner. I’m out to eat. I give my pickle away. It’s been so long since I haven’t. I just can’t. It’s not pickle. I’ll just leave it there until she comes back to get it. … ohhh god the food! Yes yes sorry got distracted. Many things going on these days. But stop here. You won’t be upset. It’s fantastic and wonderful. Just make sure you fold the blanket or have coffee ready in the morning or something… or you might have to leave your pickle on the plate too

After reading reviews, and the advice of my Aunt i decided to pay them a visit. Much to my dismay, our server Carley seemed to be rushing things way to much. At one point i kindly asked her to slow things down. when our main Course arrived , which was the pork chops, the first bite was salty. way over salty. we told Carley and her reply was i’ll tell my brother. I think the main that has me second guessing this establishment is the fact they we were treated like cattle . There was only 1 other table that she had to wait on.
The salad generous portions with delicious homemade dressing! Delicious!!! French Onion soup, some of the best I ever had. Atmosphere was outstanding,
Over all i can only give this restaurant 4 stars because of the feeling and knowing i was being Rushed. total time from start to finish 90 minutes.

Reflections is such a great spot under the new ownership. We wanted to try it out again and were pleased to see it regain its fun, lively pub-style vibe that makes it easy to relax and stay awhile. The bacon jam burger and homemade chips were amazing. The staff is attentive, genuinely friendly, and really on top of everything. One of the owners, George, was even walking around checking in to make sure everyone was happy, which says a lot about how much they care. And if you’re lucky enough to get Maddie as your server, you’re in for great service and plenty of entertainment. Definitely a place we’ll keep coming back to!

I was p at of a large group and they accommodated us nicely. There was live music in the next room, but it did not bother us. Jumbo chicken wings…cooked to oblivion, probably to get them crispy. They’re was dried out garlic on top of the wings, but they were not garlicky. I could not taste the parmesan as it probably was not there. Wife got the fish and chips. The fish had an amazing crispy coating, but it’s was so tough it couldn’t be eaten with a fork alone, it had to be cut, which separated the fish from the batter. I had chicken pot pie with puff pastry top. The puff pastry didn’t puff, probably rolled too much and glued down to the bowl. The interior wasn’t bad, it was very bland and under seasoned. The addition of salt and pepper helped some, but it needed some sage, thyme, or rosemary… something.

The food is Fantastic, the service was TERRIBLE! From the bison, to salmon, onion soup, and chicken parmigiana, every bite was very delicious. However, the food experience is truly overpowered when the service is bad.
We noticed when we sat down the table was dirty and not cleaned properly. Scums on top and under the glass table? Also interesting that when you moved you feet under the table, the entire table moved as the floor moved?
Our server came and introduced herself, 10 minutes later came back, “are you ready to order food and drinks.” The soup came with the salads, and then when she brought the entrees, each pers had to hold their salad plates and soup bowls while she put the entrees in front of you. Then went around and collected the dirty plates from each person holding them. This is only a party of 4? After 30 minutes of delivering the entrees the server returned with the check. When we looked at each other asking about coffee or dessert, the only comment from the server was, I already have the bill there. We paid and left. I guess getting another group to the table is more important than good service!
Will NOT be returning. Good food is available at many other locations in Lancaster County.

We had a wonderful experience at Reflections. We had to plan a wake on short notice, and Maddie and her team made it stress-free, and really helped us plan a nice event during a tough time. The restaurant was beautiful, the food and staff was exceptional, and everyone in our group left satisfied. I’d strongly recommend Reflections for a night out, or family event. They were outstanding. Thanks again to Maddie for all of your attention and care.

Really good place to chat and eat. The prices are average compared to others in the area, but it’s quite yummy— so pricing worth it! I’d recommend coming after 6 pm for dinner, as the rush is from around 5-6. The food is good but the reason we really liked it was for the service and atmosphere. The Owner is a sweetie and super personable, so thank you! Hope all is well.
