Burger King has really made an effort to improve the quality of both the food and the service. Everyone who waited on me was pleasant, efficient, and kind. My last two trips here have been much quicker in service than what I had previously experienced. Employee training seems to be working well. Even the conversation amongst the employees in the back room seem to be more pleasant and less surly than I’ve heard before. Maybe give them another try.

I have been to this BK many times, driving through only. I have had an experience where the drink was filled so high to the point where it pooled up on the lid, the worker handed me the drink and the liquid on the lid spilled on me. Today, I ordered two tacos and an 8 piece nugget w/BBQ sauce. I received my tacos, but only received 5 nuggets and no BBQ sauce. Besides these two negative experiences, the drive through at this BK takes forever, it is not fast food.

Did not want lettuce and the white slim on sandwich. That’s why we ordered plain chicken sandwich without the slim.
You got your lettuce and white slim back. It’s in your lot with the wadded up napkins that I used to wipe my hands. Never seen no ketchup that they claimed was in the bag. Will not go back to that type of very bad service.

July 24 2022 – 1 Star – Bad Establishment and Service
Usually I won’t leave reviews like this, Especially about Burger King because Usually they are really good, but this one in Sterling Colorado was Horrible! First the employees were slow, I get it, it’s hard working all day, only problem… It wasn’t even Busy! 4 Employees were working there (as Of my knowledge) and they still took forever, we waited in the drive through and they told us “Just a minute” it was like 5-7 minutes! We went in and the floors weren’t clean, tables were a bit dirty. The bathroom (Men’s) was nasty, trash was full, Flys were inside, and toilets were full of stuff. We go to order and I see on the wait sign 2 orders, they were basic to, one going for 8 minutes and another for 6! After we payed for our food and went to sit down, it took a additional 10-15 minutes just to receive our food! Once we got the food they Messed up our order! They forgot some food, we go back and tell them, they acknowledged. A minute later one of the employees call our number again, and we said we aready got the food, she said “Oh really? Wow” sounding like she was high (not to be mean or rude) I wasn’t positive if she was really high or not though. We go and pick up the final sandwich and go to eat, we did get some Chicken Jr’s and there was barley any Mayo on it! After getting extra Mayo and eating, it went fine from there, the food was still good.
To anyone that wants to eat here, be prepared for a possible wait
To GM, please when you get the time, talk to your employees and see if you can get this stuff fixed, I see that you guys are getting a lot of Bad reviews and complaints, Photos will be attached to this Review

Went for dinner with my husband we ordered 16 chicken nuggets they only gave us 5 didn’t give us our extra fries we also paid for. The lady up front gave change of 1 dollar back when we paid with a 50 dollar bill our order was only 20 dollars and some change she finally gave us the right amount back everyone was on their phone and our food was cold and old this place sucks I don’t recommend going here the service is awful and the order is never right

Normally, I never post, but this is the second time that I feel ripped off. First time I didn’t even get my order. I always order a double whopper with cheese, large fry and a Dr Pepper. That’s my order. Never changes that however, the last two times I have not received that order this time I received, a god-awful mushroom Swiss burger with dried out bread. The bread is so dry that I feel homeless eating it. I spend a lot of money and I never satisfied. It pisses me off it’s not right.

This is what the staff at Sterling, CO Burger King thinks is acceptable food. Burnt black buns. Cold food that was supposed to be hot and warm food that was supposed to be cold.
How any restaurant manages to stay in business when they do stuff like this is beyond my comprehension.

It was good. Restaurant was clean, and the service was so so. My granddaughter really enjoyed the playground, but the AC wasn’t working. We would of stayed longer, but it was pretty warm in the playground area. Texas Whopper is a great burger!
