Listen, it’s a Jack-in-the-Box and the expectations aren’t that high to begin with. It’s a place to come get a quick meal when one is busy and on the go. This particular one is attached to a gas station. I ordered and paid for my food and proceeded to attempt to use the bathroom to wash my hands. Both unisex bathrooms were occupied, so I waited. A rude young woman came out and as I tried to go in, she told me I wasn’t allowed to use the public bathroom because it’s for employees only. I did advise the cashier who reported it to someone else and they determined it’s something she’s been doing to avoid cleaning the bathroom. This person, who elected to work here (I’m pretty sure nobody begged her to take the job), is putting lives in danger by forbidding people use the bathroom for handwashing (especially for those with weaker immune systems). I understand not wanting to work, but if that’s the case, don’t accept the job. I paid for food and service… My expectations being minimal, this could have been a good review. This disgusting practice has ensured I don’t visit this location again.

My order was over $78I asked him many times I do not want any sauce no ranch no other sauces but just your Frank’s red hot sauce. They gave me three total. I asked again for additional Frank’s red hot sauce and they only gave me one more. I only eat this food because it taste good with that sauce. First and last time in that place. They took forever to prepare fries and 4 tacos. I also paid for curly fries and guess what??? They gave me regular fries but put FOUR curly fries on top!!! 4!!! O that when I open the bag I would not notice it.
I also tried to use the bathroom and they told me that it was dirty and that there was no paper towels.
Such a disappointment to have places like this one.

Eddie – Found them open at 5am while doing Lyft today, New years Day. I decided to try the new double bonus Jack meal for its price and mystery, but unfortunately, it was pretty disappointing. The price was under $7, but even with that, the meal was “Jack-ed” up.
The burger was an imitation of the big Mac, but without the extra bun. The sauce was similar but not as good, and something I didn’t notice right away, they forgot to add the second patty.
The fries with the buttermilk are usually my favorite parts of the meal, but this time, the fries were terrible. They tasted as if they were left out all day, dry and stale, but re-fried in order to hide that fact. Not even the buttermilk could save them. If it wasn’t for me being so hungry, I would have thrown them away.
It was convenient that they were open on New years Day but pointless when the food doesn’t meet the standard. If it wasn’t for the small yet overpriced Sourdough Jack, which is my favorite, I would be back for another sandwich, but at this point, I’ll just have to keep settling for the tacos.

Worst fries I’ve ever had at a jack in the box. They also tried to cover up a mistake on my sandwich with a copious amount of catsup. Unacceptable for people with allergies.

This was an late night stop while traveling. We did have some confusion to find the location (Google maps was not feeling well I suppose). I ordered a sourdough jack combo that could be described as cafeteria quality. My cousin and I ended up spending almost 40 bucks to get meals for each of us. We could have gone to Denny’s or even Chili’s for half the price.
