Food was good! Staff was nice, just seemed like they were in training. The gal helping was funny, she kept trying to explain what a torta was. It was innocent and funny to witness. Everything was good. I’d been to Casablanca nearly a decade ago, their menu has improved by being simplified.

I went today to get some food and the girl didn’t even stop gossiping with her friends to take my order she just took it in between her statements then I get my food and my tots were literally just tossed in the bag nothing to hold them it’s very upsetting

I used to run a juice and smoothie cafe myself and I normally don’t complain but I’m a regular and I’m not sure what is going on lately with some of the staff here but the whole point of a mobile order is to order ahead so that by the time you arrive it’s ready for you to grab and go! Almost every time I get there lately I have to wait because they haven’t even started it so today I literally gave them 30 (because that’s what the time on the Order said) to make a smoothie and sure enough they hadn’t even started it!? Then they rushed to make it and it was mostly blended ice , I couldn’t even drinki it! ‍♀️ hopefully this review will help y’all involved wake up and care more about your customers service.

Its christmas and although I dont do many reviews , I would like to thank all the folks working hard! I go here for my special diet needs. Today deeply disappointed for the second time. This is my only meal of the day and special order sides again were the chicken side order was the crunchy very small pieces that looked like left overs on the grill.

As someone whose gluten free having somewhere that’s got drive up locations with real fresh food is amazing. Also the best tater tots in town.

This morning I got the Chavez breakfast burrito with bacon. It has eggs, beef sausage, cheese & house sauce in it. When I got to work I decided to cut the burrito in half because it was a big burrito. When I cut it the sausage inside was pink. I called them to let them know and was told “yeah. It’s supposed to be pink. We can cook it for 30 minutes and it would still be pink.” I went back on my lunch break to show them the burrito and get a refund. I was greeted with, “oh, you’re the girl with the burrito. Do you want us to make you a new one?” When I said no thank you and asked for a refund she handed me cash and told me to have a good day. They didn’t want to see the burrito and had me throw it away in the trash can. I did not receive an apology or even talk to a manager even though I could have gotten food poisoning. They did not seem concerned at all and the whole exchange made me feel like these kinds of things happen often.

Bad food at high prices! spoiled salad!

10 years ago Casablanca was a great place to eat cheap and vegan. no longer. next time I’ll go to tacobell.

over the last few years my experience is consistently terrible!

the burritos are ALWAYS the worst distribution of ingredients; salsa only on one end, beans on the other, the middle pure raw cabbage. the salad is always distressed.

and now their prices are as high as other sit down dining available.

the management needs to learn how to train and inspire their workers.

Five stars plus! They have a menu with four different mochas. Their beef chorizo is possibly the best I’ve ever had. Aside from the expected chili and garlic, it had cinnamon and a hint of tongue-numbing Szechuan pepper! Outstanding.

Something wrong with our order almost everytime we come here. Sucks they are one of the only healthy drive thru options around. I suggest checking before you drive away!

Just tried the Japanese Bento with chicken, the chicken is the best I’ve had on a GP sandwich! Love this place!
