My first trip here and I really liked it. However, wife and I only had a drink. She had a Long Island Ice Tea. She loved it. I had a Margarita and it was excellent. Randy took care of us and he was a super cool dude with a great personality. It’s a cool bar with a strong locals feel. Great atmosphere with wide screen TVs that will handle your sports itch. We are going back to try the food and we have heard it’s excellent. We will find out. I highly recommend.

Absolutely loved this place. We ordered the hummus and ceaser salad with chicken. It was absolutely delicious but I wasn’t surprised, I could tell this was a place that took pride in their menu and ability. Best hummus I’ve ever had, and the chicken was cooked to perfection. We also had a couple signature cocktails, which were also amazing. Some of the best we’ve ever had actually. The atmosphere was super welcoming, at one point I looked around and just smiled at the diversity of people; all sitting around enjoying themselves. The bartenders were super nice and personable, even offering book recommendations and trying to help rescue a cat . My friends and I were able to have great food and drinks, great conversation, and non stop laughs. I appreciate yall! Will definitely be back next time I visit.

Ate at Embers for the first time tonight. Ordered cocktails and they were a bit sweet for our taste. Had the tuna appetizer and it was well cooked but bland and needed some sesame seeds and some wasabi. We both ordered steaks…hubby had the NY strip and I had the filet special. Both steaks were seasoned well but it seemed the quality of the meat itself wasn’t good. Both were chewy. The vibe and look of the interior was great but we would not return.

We were visting the area wineries with friends. Had cocktails here the first night, then came back the next night for dinner. Excellent cocktails made by owner Dillion. The food was outstanding. Randy helped with our order who had a great sense of humor. We all had a great time. We will definitely be back.

Visited a few months back while my fiancé and I had a weekend away in Elkin. There was a teeny tiny wait due to a large party and it being clearly a popular spot in town. We were able to sit at the bar and order the special, beef Wellington, which was absolutely fabulous! The cocktails were lovely and the staff were all amazing. I write this now because I regularly think of our weekend trip to the lovely town of Eilkin with all the natural beauty it offers, highlighted by our dinner at Embers! I hope to return!

I had my first meal experience at Embers on Saturday and was blown away! The food choices listed on the menu were all unique combinations and I was unsure of what to order. My sister, who had been to Embers many times before told me that it didn’t matter what I ordered, it was all going to be the best. I ordered the pork tenderloin with basmati rice and roasted broccoli and I’m pretty sure I moaned with every bite I took. I ordered the Cardigan as my drink and drained the cup dry. After dinner, we had a round of Marky Marks and being the coffee lover that I am, I announced that it was one of the best drinks I’ve ever had. Way to go, Embers! You have another loving and devoted fan!

This is a fantastic pub in downtown Elkin. The specials are always changing and posted to Instagram. I particularly love the creme brulee for dessert. Very reasonable prices but on weekends I suggest making a reservation.

Really fun new pub in Elkin. The decor was really interesting, the bathrooms were clean, and they had great bartenders and some really unique drinks. I you like mezcal, I recommend the “dirty bubble”. It is a tasty drink and the smoke bubble on top really adds a lot. Especially if it gets away from you!!

The quality, quantity, and presentation of all of the food is always top tier. This is hands-down our favorite restaurant in the area, and I am always happy with everything that comes out of the magic kitchen. Did I mention the menu changes every day? The atmosphere is fantastic. The entire staff is great, and I hope this gem is open for forever. I am a forever patron.
