The food was good. And the server(alberto) was good. I had one of the soups and asked for a side of avocado. A person other than the server brought it out without the avocado. I asked if it was coming soon and she asked me if I wanted avocado. She seemed putout that i was asking for something, even though I had already ordered it. I think she needs some more training. I’ve worked in too many restaurants to not know that they had a ticket or a screen or something that showed her what she needed to bring out, and she failed to do so,

The people here are friendly and the food is delicious. I’ve gone twice during lunch for a pick up order and everyone was friendly. The only reason it’s not 5 star is because the wait is a bit long but I get that they may be short staffed. The california veggie pizza and Thai crunch salad are my go to. They’re soooo fresh and the ingredients are good quality. I highly recommend. Thai crunch salad was probably the best salad I ever had at a restaurant…and they aren’t stingy with the chicken!

Great place for fresh pizza. The service was amazing. They have oil and bread while you wait for your food. I loved the lunch menu combinations. It had different combinations or pizza or pastas, soups, or salads. We got the pizza and salad combo . My husband is picky with sauces and absolutely loved the bbq sauce. Everything was amazing and super fresh. We will be back.

One of my fav places to go! Staff is very friendly, service is great and they never mind giving me lots of extra dressing for my favorite Thai Crunch Salad!! We start the meal with their artichoke spinach dip and buffalo cauliflower. It’s all so good!!!

ONE STAR is being Super Generous! I literally waited ALL day to come and eat at this specific location. They changed the menu so I ordered Mac & Cheese and added Grilled Chicken. That was a MISTAKE! When my food finally came, I received a bowl of dry pasta and OVERCOOKED DRY/BURNT Chicken! The waitress finally came over and I had to send the charred chicken back and asked for melted cheese for my Mac as I figured that could be salvaged. She looked at my chicken and AGREED it was “overcooked” and was told i would get it within 6 minutes… well about 20 minutes later I finally received a second dried overcooked chicken! I had waited to eat my Mac to eat it with my chicken… well that didn’t turn out well! I was SO UPSET I couldn’t eat! I had to call the manager over to express my disappointment in an almost empty restaurant which we had been there for an exactly an hour. Service was slow, food was terrible and even my coke was flat lacking syrup. The RR is in dire need of a deep cleaning as well. I have to say the manager did apologize and remove the plate from my tab. She was apologetic and agreed that shouldn’t have happened. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere!!

Disappointing experience overall. John was our server and rarely checked in on us—it was very obvious he didn’t want to be at work. The restaurant wasn’t packed, yet the food still took a long time to come out. This location is also noticeably much darker than other California Pizza Kitchen locations I’ve visited, which added to the off vibe.
When the food finally arrived, it was cold. I didn’t say anything because I was already starving and we had movie tickets, and I didn’t want to wait even longer for a replacement. Unfortunately, that meant settling for a meal that wasn’t enjoyable. Overall, it was a pretty lackluster experience.

I visited CPK in Temecula today and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a Long Island My Drink had a fly in it. My buffalo cauliflower was my bread was hard and my butter was cold. While the food and drink were terrible the service was not. The host gave me used utensils, which is completely unacceptable and unsanitary. It immediately made me uncomfortable and concerned about the restaurant’s hygiene practices. This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had dining out in Temecula. I hope management takes this seriously and improves their standards.

On 12/13/25, the GM did not greet us with a smile or even say welcome in. All he said was follow me and didn’t ask my wife and I if we wanted indoor or outside seating. This guy had saggy pants and never once smiled. He walked around with a frown and I never saw him interact with the employees once. All he did was bus tables and he didn’t even do that right. I asked 3 employees about him and no one had anything good to say at all. Ashley the waitress was awesome.

This was our first time in all these years eating from cpk. We had planned several time to come eat here, but never happened. Finally we made it yesterday.
The ambience of the cpk was ok. The service was really good. Our server took care of us nicely. The starter schewzan dumpling was pretty average, artichoke dips too .. Thai chicken pizza disappointed us 🙁 ..
Potato wedges were not not good at all , the ones which we take from stater bros are better than these..
we should have read some reviews about the nice pizzas offered by cpk which we didn’t do ..
