Great selection of pasta and various seafood dishes. Service was great and the staff went above and beyond to create a lively dining experience. There’s ample seating and plenty of options to suit all tastes on the menu – the garlic jumbo shrimp and arctic char were highlights of the meal! Worth visiting for an upscale dinner in Whitehorse.

The Atmosphere was perfect
The right amount of energy light talking from each table about 5 tables around 730 pm had couples. I sat at the Bar and was served by a very professional young bartender named Jay. Not only was Jay very knowledgeable about the menu she was very passionate about her carrier making my experience feel excellent in comparison to other restaurants. I had The smoked salmon Bruschetta, and it most certainly did not disappoint. Very refreshing substantial appy a must try. Then I enjoyed the mushroom carbonara. Very well crafted by the chef.
I would highly recommend you try Tony’s out and make sure you u say hi to Jay. I will definitely be back when I travel north from Vancouver again

Wonderful food and appetizers, our servers name was Harsh and she was absolutely wonderful! Total sweetheart that took dishes away promptly when finished and interacted with nothing but smiles and polite conversation! It was the best service I’ve ever had.

We popped in here for dinner without any planning or expectations. What we found was a fully optioned menu with a relaxed atmosphere.
There were so many inviting options it was hard to decide, but our chooses were delicious. Janice, our server, was amazing and made the experience that much better.

I have travelled up to Whitehorse twice, and this is our favourite restaurant to eat at. The food is always superb and it’s a great atmosphere.
We also have had two 3-Day workshops held at The Sternwheeler with all the catering and room arrangements handled by the restaurant and Manpreet, was absolutely amazing. The room set up was great, communication was clear and any additional requests, she was on it. The food was wonderful, everything was always on time and we felt very well taken care of. I would recommend the restaurant, as well as holding events here whether it’s a meeting or a conference. I would highly recommend and I am sure we will be back!

Food was amazing! A very small issue was fixed without us even asking. Menu is very varied and would cater to all.
Marilou and Tony’s son/owner/chef? were so good and very friendly.
