Stop by for a great meal. It’s a great selection, as well as a Soup of the Day. This week includes Chicken-n-Dumpling Soup, Smothered Turkey Stuffing Casserole.

First time visiting Frankfort and stopped here for late lunch. Honestly, I did not have high hopes and planned on a grilled cheese sandwich just to get something in my stomach. The onion rings were so good, and you bite through without pulling the whole onion in the first bite.
We split the chicken tenders and asked for cheese fries with them. No kidding, probably the best hand breaded tenders I’ve ever had. Ever! So much flavor, didn’t even need the dipping sauce.
Can’t wait to go back.

We went for breakfast here. This was a great meal all around for us. The service was excellent and so was our food! Our orders came out correct and in a timely manner. We were highly satisfied with the overall experience and the price was way better than I expected! We will come back each time we come up for the bourbon trail.

So this was our date night. We decided on a whim that we were going to travel down to this little diner. All because we Google searched where should we eat. The only disappointing part about it was they no longer make their funnel cake. The onion rings and Fries were cooked to perfection. And the burger you see in my photos that is a burger they make that is placed between two grilled cheese sandwiches. The atmosphere is outstanding we went on what seemed to be a kind of busy time and still didn’t feel crowded. The parking area that’s for free is literally right next to it

I chose the building your own omelet. I got mine with bacon, ham, and cheese. It was slightly greasy but that made it all the more delicious. It came with toast and shredded hash browns. Waitress was very nice and was quick to help. Food came out very quickly as it was not busy. Very nice cozy atmosphere.

We loved our experience. You seat yourself, and a waitress will bring you menus. I had the steak sandwich, and my wife had the spicy BBQ burger. The steak sandwich was cooked perfectly. They did score the meat one way to make it easier to chew, but checkerboard scoring might have made it easier to eat. My wife’s sandwich was 10/10. Fries were made to order and came hot and fresh with our sandwiches. The diner was affordable and had cool vibes. We’ll be back.

Great little diner conveniently located in downtown Frankfort.

It’s a “hopping kind of place”, everyone looks super busy. But service is efficient, the food comes hot, and it is delicious.

I love the “build your own” options.
My husband built his own “breakfast”, choosing from eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, toast, biscuits…etc.
I built my own “omelette”, choosing the number of eggs and what I wanted added. I chose mushrooms, peppers, spinach, tomatoes and cheese. But there were many more choices.

Prices were reasonable, too.

What I loved too was that customers were super-friendly. We had conversations with people at both tables near ours. And they were in depth enough to discover that we had some things in common. It was a fun dining and socializing experience.

We will be sure to return during our next trip to Frankfort.

Went for an impromptu Valentines lunch. Husband had a nice burger & fries. My chicken dinner was great comfort food. (Especially for the value) Our waitress was really on top of things and presented me with a crafted rose she made herself! So sweet and thoughtful. Great local “flavor”. Atmosphere was quaint although maybe a little worn out looking. We will def go back!

Myself and 7 family members went for dinner this evening. The place was clean, the service was great. The food was ok….. Portions were small. 4 of my party ordered the avocado grilled chicken sandwich. All 4 disappointed. 1 ordered an omelette with all of the add mins and added an egg. It came with hash browns and toast. That was the smallest 3 egg omelette I have ever seen even if you used small eggs. 1 ordered fried green tomatoes, that weren’t green tomatoes with a fried green tomato BLT that only had 2 slices of Bacon. 2 orders of pancakes (1 blueberry and 1 chocolate chip) with sausage. No complaints. While the service was great, drinks were refilled and everything came with a smile. Food was edible but but way over priced. I’m sad to make this post because my family really likes to frequent these types of places to help out these family type establishments. But everyone agreed that we were glad we tried it, but won’t be going back. Good luck, I hope things keep working out for you. God bless.

Popin little place. This has been one of the best experiences we have had in this town. The hashbrowns with onion and cheese was amazing. The service was fantastic. Very friendly staff. Would recommend this to anyone looking for somewhere great to eat a simple breakfast. We will be back for sure.

This diner is absolutely adorable! The food was great and the staff were friendly! Our waitress was attentive and gave good recommendations. We each got the breakfast platter, one scrambled and one over easy. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Frankfort!
