We have tried several times to like this location and each time it is disappointing. We would rather drive across town to the other location. This most recent visit resulted in my daughter’s quesadilla not being melted at all, like not even warm. We have always gotten all three tray slots filled in the kids meal and this time she said no, only two. Every time we go they are low on a lot of items which shows no foresight so we almost always have to pick a substitute item. Save yourself the frustration and go across town.

This place is skimpy skimpy skimpy on the toppings. We got a bowl with only rice, chicken, and lettuce and they were almost counting the chicken pieces. Asked for a few more pieces and they then charged for double meat. I had to hear about this experience the whole ride home. Will not be visiting this store again.

I have always said that I have never had a bad chipotle meal, and I still stand by that. But.. I will say that this location felt like they were shorting me on the portions all the way down the food bar. From a half scoop of protein to three strands of fajita veggies to 13 pieces of corn and a failure to give me my side of sour cream.. my meal was just okay. I was expecting more from this brand new location. Place does look great inside though, staff was adequately nice.

I had such a great experience at this Chipotle location! Everything was fully stocked not a single ingredient missing which is honestly rare these days and super appreciated. The staff was really polite and patient from start to finish.
I realized after leaving that I forgot to ask for sour cream, so I went back in expecting it to be a hassle, but it wasn’t at all. Joselyn, who had checked me out earlier, was so sweet and immediately helped me. She gave me a little container of sour cream with zero attitude or complaints. Truly great customer service!

I recently ordered two steak bowls through the mobile app, and I was very disappointed with the quality of the order. Both bowls were only about half full. Additionally, despite requesting extra lettuce, there were only a small number of pieces included.
I understand that mistakes can happen during busy times; however, the portion sizes and overall quality of this order were not acceptable. I hope this issue can be addressed to ensure better consistency in the future.

10/10. 5 stars. 100%. Whatever you perfer, I had the best experience tonight at chipotle on Nashville Rd in BG, Ky. Went to grab me and my boyfriend some burritos to take back home after a work shift. The guy that made our burritos, Dillon/Dylan (don’t know how to spell it), was very funny and charismatic throughout the entire process of making them. And so was the guy working with him up front that rung me too! (didn’t catch his name) Me and my boyfriend both loved our burritos! Will be going back sometime soon in hopes they are there to provide good customer service and great food again!

Went inside to order a quesadilla. The worker told laughed and told me she could only make me a kids quesadilla and if I wanted a regular size one I would have to mobile order. So then I had to download the app, make an account, add my card and place a mobile order. Then I proceeded to wait 10 minutes for the mobile order while all 5 of the other employees stood there talking.
