I am always impressed when I go into this Jersey Mike’s subs location. They are always well staffed, and the crew is always friendly and greets me. They take my order promptly and move me down the line to where I am paying without making it feel as if I am just another customer. I feel its a little pricey, but worth my while because I always get the Philly chicken hot sub and it always comes out to me exactly the way I like it. This location is well run and the employees always seem like they care.

Just came from this place. Really disappointed in the quality of customer service. Asked for a number 9 club supreme. I literally said, “number 9 club supreme.” The menu lists everything that’s supposed to be included with a club supreme next to the number 9. The guy makes me a sub with nothing but turkey and provolone on it, totally forgetting about the roast beef and bacon that are literally on the menu under club supreme. I had to ask for them separately despite them being listed on the menu. I also had to tell him twice what kind of bread I wanted. I realize they’re not going to hire the cream of the crop but you think they could hire people who could follow basic instructions.

I’ve only ever been to a Jersey Mike‘s one other time in Pennsylvania and today was absolutely fabulous. I was in, ordered two subs and out within 10 minutes.
It tastes amazing, friendly and very attentive staff.

No enjoyment in work. Questions are flat. Topped two subs incorrectly due to not asking if it was mini or both topped that way. Consistent repeating of order due to nothing being written down. Ask for mayonnaise lettuce and tomato on the sub was ignored had to get back in line your service is only as good as the people you hire maybe hire better people. Makes me wish Jerry subs and pizza was still around. From what I’ve seen you need a top rework from Management all the way down. Management never stepped up in the rush. The problems are created for this visit due to that just watch them come out and give him a pep talk with We need to get letters tomato mayonnaise stocked quick. If the restaurant was flowing away it should does that conversation should have never been had on the floor in front of customers and I shouldn’t have had the issues I had. No repeat eatin customers

My husband and I love it here! Their subs are so good and fresh. I always get the Italian sub. My husband gets the turkey or the turkey and ham n cheese with bacon! All of them are really good. The staff are always so friendly! If u want a good fresh sub this is the place to go to.

The service is always average, the sub procuring is average, the taste is average, the price is average, the whole vibe is average.
I would also highly recommend against getting it “Mike’s Way.” That is unless you enjoy having oil & vinegar with a side of sub.

The food is always very good and tasty. They never fail. I normally get the turkey and provolone, but time I got the big khauna and it was very good.

5 stars for the food being as expected. The location appears to have had several improvements, including the upholstery being updated. The employees are still slow at keeping the floor swept and tables wiped down. When I arrived all of the staff were in the back. The floor is littered and most of the tables and chairs are dirty.
