Came in to catch the game and enjoy a beer. Small place with a great environment! Ayesha (SP?) was the bartender and she was amazing. Greeted with a lovely smile right away and mentioned current offers. I was simple and just wanted their hot dog plate with a couple of drafts. For bar food the fries were excellent and seasoned well. Nathan’s hot dogs are always good. Can’t say enough great things here. Noticed they had a good selection of beers in the cooler for anyone’s taste. Stop in and have a great time! I know I did.

Mixed feelings. The view from upper deck was great. We went last Friday, ordered 2 Dark and Stormy’s from a really nice lady bartender. They were delicious. We liked them so much we went back on Saturday. The male bartender made a completely different drink, and actually added sours to a Dark and Stormy! When we questioned him, he totally threw Friday’s bartender under the bus. Said she was new, didn’t know what she was doing. He was stressed out and rude. Lady bartender knew how to make a Dark and Stormy, she was polite and helpful in recommending the balcony for the view. We’ll go back, for the view, and insist on a properly made drink.

Can’t beat the view upstairs. We had a grouper sandwich and a shrimp avocado wrap. Both were delicious, as were the sides, potato salad and Cole slaw. The shrimp was cooked just right, seasoning was also on point. Grouper blackened nicely and dressed with lettuce, onion and tomato. Seeing the boardwalk and waves of Carolina beach beyond was just fantastic. We love going to the beach in the off season. We also played a game of pool for a dollar!

Stopped in for a light bite for lunch. Ate inside but there is nice seating outside upstairs with a view. My friends split a chicken wrap and fries. I split nacho fries with another friend. Everyone left satisfied and not bloated. The service was great.

Popped in here with my family after a 12 hour long drive. Immediately I thought it was odd that were two different menus one for upstairs with the ocean view and one for downstairs. We opted for the upstairs (it was more of an appetizer menu) we got the wings, nachos, and fried shrimp. Wings and shrimp our average, nachos were basic but tasty. I was most impressed by the Miami Vice drunk my wife ordered. 10/10 best Miami vice I’ve had! Ultimately this place is family friendly but if you’re looking for a drink on the beach it’s probably more the vibe! I would like to try again with the downstairs menu!

Hurricane Alley’s was the first place we checked out on our first day of our vacation. We ended up going there twice over the span. The top floor is a great view of the fair and ocean. There’s a nice breeze and relaxed atmosphere up there. The Southwest chicken rolls were delicious! As were the hushpuppies- make sure to pair them with the honey butter because it was amazing. The flounder taco had crispy breading, however the flavor was pretty bland. Overall it was an excellent experience. FYI as of posting this, they don’t do to-go orders! But you can eat there and take leftovers out which is a bit weird.

I visited this establishment on Saturday. The crab dip was excellent. I usually don’t eat anything with crabs in it. I ordered a peach/mango margarita. It was really good. The chicken tacos needed more flavor. The chicken was very bland. The service was okay with them only having one waitress. The restaurant is very small. It would have been better if it was bigger and had extra servers.

Walking the boardwalk, we decided to grab a bite to eat and chose this place at random. We were extremely happy with this decision!!! The staff were friendly and welcoming. This place has some massive fried chicken sandwiches, bigger than hubby’s hand. Seasoned nicely as well. They just added it to the menu last week, (end of March). The fries were cool lookin’, different than anything I’ve seen before. Sweet Tea was good too. Although we ate inside on the 1st floor, there is a balcony area where patrons can enjoy an ocean view. I definitely recommend Hurricane Alley’s!!

Walked in as a party of 4, and was told the upstairs area was closed (no reasoning why). The bartender said we could eat downstairs, but that he was “busy and had a lot going on” so we lust left. Atmosphere was quite standoffish.

It was a breezy spring afternoon. We were visiting a friend at Carolina beach and wanted to go to a nice outdoor bar with some beach views. Hurricane alleys is perfect for that.
It is right next to the boardwalk where they hold the summer carnival. Downstairs is a nice little indoor bar with a jukebox.
We went upstairs where they have their patio and great views of the beach.
Good selection of beers and drinks. They also had plenty of Non alcoholic options which is nice.
Food wise they had typical bar food that looked decent. We just had some fries to snack on before dinner.
Overall a great bar, good service and fair prices.
I could see it getting rowdier in the evening, but when we went it was quiet and calm.
