Wow, what a find! This old bank was turned into a DELIGHTFUL place to get the most delicious food! It is a small, quaint restaurant with a perfect sized menu. The old vault is a little waiting room with some of the restaurants history.
As a party of five, each of the Benny’s, the 1st open face Latke breakfast sandwich and Chicken Paprikash was ordered. We also shared seasoned potatoes and Kaiserchmarrn with chocolate sauce and whipped cream. I personally had the chicken, and it was soooooo freaking good!!! The seasoned potatoes were perfectly seasoned and cooked. Everyone else cleared their plates and raved about how tasty everything was. If you like the sweet and salty combo, you will enjoy Kaiserchmarrn, it just was not for me.
We put in an order of latkes to go, and they are probably the best potato pancakes I’ve ever had!
We cannot wait to go back!

This restaurant was as delicious as it was charming. The cappuccino and the chai were both delicious- the milk on both were perfectly frothed. They also offer almond milk and oat milk. The latkes were served with applesauce that was almost a combination of an applesauce and apple jam, not too sweet at all. The kaiserschmarrn is similar to French toast, it was severed with a homemade whip cream and it was delectable. The smoked salmon benny was also amazing, it tasted very fresh. The people that worked there were so kind and welcoming.

So this place is off the charts incredible. The food was absolutely delectable and thr kaiserschmarrn was absolutely perfect. A sponge like almost custard texture with house made whipped cream. The eggs, sausage amd potatoes were perfectly cooked and seasoned and the ratatouille was the perfect balance of acidity and sweetness. The owners story, and love of the food shows. Cozy, charming and wonderful. Do not miss a chance to eat here. One more thing, the coffee was absolutely perfect, not burnt like many places mistakenly do.
Well done, truly.

Kaisy’s Delights is indeed a delightful experience. Owner Thierry is welcoming and also delightful. Ask him to see the vault where he has photos and explains his heritage and the story behind his inspiration for Kaisy’s Delights. This is just like being in Europe…a truly delightful selection of dishes from various countries. We were a group of 7 and all ordered different things. Every one of us was absolutely enthralled with our choices. We’re adding this to our must do list of eateries when we visit the beach!

This is our go-to breakfast/lunch spot when we have some time to sit back, relax, and enjoy a wonderfully cooked meal and delightful ambiance. My family and I have enjoyed every meal we’ve had here – everything from the kaisserschmarrn to the ratatouille to the sausages. And don’t forget the latkes and delicious desserts! The music adds a wonderful ambiance, and I sometimes close my eyes and imagine that I’m back in Europe enjoying a fantastic meal and cappuccino at a cafe. Seriously, give this place a try if you’re looking for a unique experience and are tired of the chain restaurants or mediocre meals. The staff (especially the owner) take so much pride in making sure your meal and experience are stellar – including inviting first-timers into the vault to learn about the family history and recipes on the menu. Can’t wait to come back again soon!

One of the best dining experiences we have had! The owner, Thierry, was so welcoming and it was a privilege to taste dishes that come from a family lineage with so much history and pride. But most importantly, the food and coffee was so so so good!!! Thank you! <3

We spontaneously stopped into Kaisey’s on our drive from PA to VA and we will definitely be working this into our routine going forward. The ambience at “the bank” location was impeccable and the food was authentic and perfectly seasoned. Our waitress, while new, was knowledgeable and personable. The one thing we would love to see incorporated is some authentic Austrian wine!

We were welcomed like family! Thierry greeted us and showed the amazing family history in the vault. A tour of the menu was very helpful and we sampled across the entrees. Ratatouille was delightful, as was everything.
The signature Kaiserscharrn (we split the sweetie) was a brilliant end tour our meal.
We will be back and look forward to enjoying more parts of the menu.

This place is next level. You can seriously tell that everyone behind this operation truly cares about the quality and effort put into every dish. We had the salmon Benedict, the knackwurst and ratatouille Niçoise. All of which were incredibly flavorful, perfectly cooked and seasoned. Do not skip the Kaiserschmarrn. So freaking good.
Additionally, the staff makes this place top notch. I hope the owners know how lucky they are to have Sharon- everything from her greeting, her extensive and inviting knowledge of the menu, the history of each dish including the building itself made our visit very memorable. We will certainly be back.

Excellent stop. Well worth a visit if in the area. Owner is very friendly and passionate about his business. Loves to show guest the background of the restaurant.
Specifically, the coffee was great with rich flavors that aren’t overly sweet. Dishes were flavorful and well prepared
