I just visited this Wingstop while staying in Ohio and LET ME TELL YOU this location does not play. The food was hot, fresh, seasoned to perfection, and our full order was correct (which is RARE if you know, you know). I got lemon pepper, hot honey rub, and hot all perfectly made. The wings were crispy outside, juicy inside, and actually tossed with care. Even the ranch? They gave a GOOD amount, no stingy nonsense. Compared to Georgia locations, this one is elite. Management clearly knows what they’re doing. I’ll be coming back every time I’m in town.

If I can give no stars i would. Its a Sunday afternoon 1ish. I ordered two 3 tender combos one hot honey and the other Original hot, and a large cheese fry and a regular cheese fry. I get my order and they gave me two hot honey 3 piece combo cheese frys didnt even have cheese Ii also ordered a cheese cup becausethey never really put cheeses on the cheese fried and i didnt even get my cheese cup. Its like everytime I order here they always screw up weather I order wings and pay extra for all flats and never get them. I dont understand. PLEASE READ THE DAMN TICKETS.

I came today at lunch time and my order was ready when I arrived, which is not normal in my experience from most Wingstop locations! The food tasted great! I could tell the fries were fresh and they were cooked perfectly and seasoned well. The wings were also delicious as always. I was greeted by staff right when I walked in and was served with a smile!

Service is always snail slow . Anytime you go in there it’s a 1/2 or up 2 a hour wait time . Containers of food is always sloppy. Don’t hold over or put greasy bag on your lap it will ruin your clothes.Why this is the only restaurant that don’t have napkins.

I’d like the French fries a lot and I had the wings with bone in and mild hot sauce it was very yummy but it seems like they’re giving a tiny but less on the French fries. The girl at the front cash register she said she was new but she was very nice and very pleasant. But her definition of 15 minutes was way longer than a 15 minute wait for my food, She did say they were pretty busy.

I was there yesterday during the game. A lady with short hair/lightskinned handled me very poorly when I came in to pick up my food. Very unprofessional and obnoxious!! My order was al wrong and instead of her fixing it, accommodating me, I was met with a nasty attitude & cold food! I always come in there and have NEVER had this problem! She has to be new and needs more training.

The food was good. However, the store refused to give my delivery driver my drink. I called the store and the woman on the phone with me was quite rude herself. I asked for a partial refund of 2.79 because I didn’t get my drink, she refused and told me I had to come up there myself a get it. I advised her that I am unable to , which is why I ordered and pay for delivery. She told me to call back when the GM arrives, but no one is going to give me a refund, then she hangs up on me.
