We called on Valentine’s Day and they were completely booked, but luckily they managed to squeeze us in. After being there, it was easy to see why they were booked solid from 4:30 onward. The margaritas were amazing, the fish tacos were incredibly fresh, and our server was so kind—full of great recommendations and super accommodating. We’ll definitely be back and bringing friends next time.

Excellent food and experience. Cozy little restaurant with friendly staff and quality food. The flavours are great and they don’t hold back the spice. Chile sauces and oils are made in house and their mole is fantastic. Their margaritas are tasty and made with fresh fruits. A hidden gem for some delicious Mexican fare.

First time here for dinner with a friend and I was so delighted. Not sure how I didn’t know about this place but I’ll definitely be spreading the word. The spicy mango margarita was the best I’ve ever had. The jícama and mango salad was amazing, the street corn was full of flavor, and the tacos were perfect. Big thanks to Amanda for being one of the best servers I’ve had in a while. I’ll be back!

The food was very good. It was authentic. I had beef tacos. They are two for $27, which is exorbitant. I asked to have one beef, and one lamb taco, but they couldn’t accommodate that. They brought my $15 glass of Malbec, ice-cold. When I questioned them on it, to their credit, they brought me a glass at room-temperature. The servers did great work, but the prices indicated fine dining, not “roadhouse”. Great food, but very limited supper menu. Prices for fine-dining. Food and service? Great Roadhouse, but not at fine-dining prices. Pass…

Must try!
We get takeout from here at least once a week — it’s a little pricey, but absolutely worth it. The steak tacos with guacamole, pico de gallo, and bean sauce are mouthwatering. The owner recommended a hot sauce that is very spicy, but it’s packed with flavor and totally worth trying.

We always add the house chips and order extra guacamole and pico de gallo on the side. Everything is consistently fresh, delicious, and leaves you wanting more every time.

The owner is incredibly friendly and creates such a welcoming atmosphere. Don’t miss out on this amazing spot!

The best margaritas in town by a long shot. The food is always very fresh and flavors are amazing. Flavors are fantastic and very authentic. As for the atmosphere it is cozy warm and inviting. One of the few places I’ve been too that is nice enough for a special event or romantic date yet comfortable enough that you dont feel out of place if you aren’t wearing a tux. Ever since we moved to Burlington and found this gem I have never found a negative thing about it!

I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance for my birthday, and I’m absolutely in love! Originally, I had my heart set on a different spot, but fate led us here. Despite being very busy, the staff quickly accommodated us. Ricardo, was fantastic—patiently answering all my menu questions and offering spot-on dish recommendations. We savored the tortilla soup, barbacoa, and mole tacos, plus the tres leches cake for dessert—all were phenomenal, though the mole tacos stole my heart. My only small critique? The tortilla soup had a strong lime flavor that caught me off guard. To top off the night, I paired my heavenly tres leches with a carajillo—pure bliss!

Such a fun place. Fresh ingredients, tasty dishes, family owned. They are known for their fruity Margaritas. We had the Pineapple Margarita. The Mushroom Fundido – sooo cheesy. Cochinita Tacos – fresh and flavourful. Flourless Chocolate Cake and Mexican Hot Chocolate to finish. Our sever, Amanda was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Wonderful first visit (not our last) to this delightful restaurant. We were a group of 18 ( at 3 separate tables) Lunch Menu had a lot of variety to appeal to any palate. Our table started with Margaritas ( several options- classic, blood orange, mango, etc.) and a bowl of their homemade guacamole and chips. Delish! The classic Margarita is made with freshly squeezed lime juice.
Our table of 4 opted for a selection of menu items including the tortilla soup, mango salad, and fish tacos. Everything arrived in a timely manner .
Cappuccino and churros rounded off our meal.
Every dish was amazing – both in taste and presentation. There were so many little sauces – all made in house and served on the side.
Our server, Amanda, made our visit remarkable! She is such an incredible ambassador for this establishment. She was able to make helpful suggestions ,explain the heat factor, etc.. One of my companions offered to adopt her!
