The food is consistently fantastic!!! They also do catering!!! I ordered for a corporate celebration recently and not 1 of 250 people complained. If you work in corporate, you know that its a true rarity. Hoping to get some for lunch next week 🙂

There are Mexican restaurants and then there’s Dario’s. It is the hole in the wall spots that always reign. I’m from Newark and I always find myself here. The chicken is tender, the rice so flavorful. The chicken salad bowl is what keeps me coming back. The service is great, people say hi. Such simplicity, unforgettable flavor. I love New Jersey. There’s love in this food.

Food was awesome. We ordered 2 mixed taco bowls and 1 beef quesadilla. I only gave four stars because we requested extra white sauce and we feel that was not honored. Other than that, the bowl was amazing. The price was very fair.

Probably my favourite Mex place ever…the food was absolutely spectacular.
We ordered the tacos, quesadilla and the chicken bowl. All of them were spectacular. The price was very reasonable paying about $46 for 3 adults and 3 kids.

First time here, but I saw it was a local fav and it did not disappoint! Very fresh, delicious, affordable, and great service! Great portions for the price and high quality! I would skip the chipotle lines for this any day! Wish there were more restaurants like this around me. The taco bowl is so good just as it is though! I would highly recommend!

Ngl the prices are fantastic with the food quantity, but I just don’t feel like the food is great at all unfortunately. The rice is hard and the food overall just doesn’t taste good . I hate to leave a bad review I would definitely recommend this place it’s just not for me

I was always curious about the place, so today, I stopped by to try it out. I’m glad I did.
I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I watched as the other orders were prepared fresh. You could see that the owner knew his regulars and that the new customers were made to feel welcome, too.
Good food, great price, and fast service can’t be beat.

Dario’s is my go to lunch spot! It’s a small gem! I always get the chicken taco salad but everything is delicious! The owner has a spectacular memory and the service is great! He mainly has chicken now probably due to inflation but it’s soooo good! The place is small so if you choose not to sit and eat please take something to go, you will not be disappointed! I go at least twice a week when I can.
