What we received barely qualifies as chicken. Kroger has better chicken and isn’t $50 for a bucket. Overfried and so dry it would suck the moisture out of the great lakes.

I just had a wonderful customer service experience at KFC. There was an issue with my order and they more than made up for it and truly valued my patronage. The employees are always great and the afternoon manager was amazing. She is kind and considered and truly understands customer service.

As an Uber driver it is unecceptable to have to wait nearly 30mins for our customers order. It would make it better if the employees were friendly but they great you with cold attitudes. And I’m fairly friendly to everyone. It makes us all look bad and cost us uber drivers our tip. Furthermore you have multiple workers coughing inches away from customers and food products. If y’all are sick close it down or find coverage.

It has a very friendly demeanor a lot of fast food places it seems like they just want to get you in and out of there
Not so with Mason, he’s very personable. This is the kind of people I wish were managers and some of these big chain restaurants.
He is definitely an asset to KFC and I hope management sees this and keeps him in mind for a promotion.
He saved me a few dollars because I was ordering things separately and he said it’s better if you do it like this you get an extra coleslaw ! and he didn’t have to do that ! but he did And I’m very happy about it and I will be going to this KFC a lot more !

Went into Noblesville location around 5pm today. Ordered 8 piece dinner with 2 sides, rolls, only breasts and thighs with half being extra crispy and half regular. The extra crispy tasted burnt and dried out. It went to the trash. The original was good. The side orders… mashed potatoes and coleslaw were very good. Upon putting leftovers away, noticed we only received 7 pieces of chicken. I can honestly say, every time we ordered this meal (from Westfield and now Noblesville), we have had problems with our orders. Is it carelessness, laziness, poor management or training? Don’t know , but I do know i will not be returning in the near future. It not worth a 20+ minute drive for their chicken.

My husband went through drive through on Sunday decorate 7th and got me a drum and thigh 3 piece big box . The mashed potatoes and cole slaw was great but the chicken was so burnt from being over cooked and so much grease that there was a puddle of grease under the chicken it was not edible at all. I couldn’t take it back because It had be brought to me .I called and there was no manager to speak to and was told there was nothing to do about it. I have photos of how the chicken looked and the white napkins that are brown from trying to get old grease off of the chicken so I could attempt to eat it. But it was just too disgusting to eat.

First I would like to say that I would love to complain to the manager, but she is the one that did it. ♀️ First I watched her drop the bucket on the floor and place it on the table to fill it. I asked the lady at the window if that other lady was seriously going to fill a bucket she just dropped on the floor. She looked nervous and wouldn’t say anything, so I yelled through the window while she was putting chicken in it at this point and told her please do not put my chicken in the bucket you just dropped on the floor. She turned around, looked at me to see if I was talking to her, and said yes ma’am. I watched her slide it down where she thought I couldn’t see and continued to fill it. As if that wasn’t bad enough, here is a list of other things that went wrong. My 16 bucket meal came with 11 pieces of chicken which were mostly wings and backs. My 12 piece bucket meal of chicken tenders was instead 4 pieces of chicken backs. My chicken tender meal didn’t come with any of it’s biscuits. The fries which we used as 2 of our sides were only half filled. They also left the receipt out of my order. So, I paid $71 for receiving about half of what I actually ordered. This is such a bad experience, I don’t really know what to say about it other than the facts. I am left speechless and disgusted. ♀️

I ordered online pick up,got there on time & there weren’t any people answering me so I just pulled over and told them I would wait for pick up. I waited so long and it wasn’t crowded that day though. I ordered xtra crispy but they didn’t have any available, so I just accepted the regular style, but the thing that I’m very disappointed about is that my gravy that I paid full price for, two bowls were only just barely filled to 1/4 of the bowl!!
