Shrinkflation is REAL!!
Service was uhm. Fine I guess. Employee simply handed me my food. Nothing special. Food was hot and tasted ok, but the size of a $6 burrito was ridiculous.
No cashier. 50% of the ordering kiosks were broken. Not a great look for a well known chain.

If I could give 0 stars I would! my husband picked up food for us. Usually, I don’t have high expectations for Taco Bell, I mean it’s taco bell, but when he got home both of my chicken chalupa supremes, and my crunchy taco supreme, both had cilantro all over them. I didn’t even know Taco Bell had cilantro. I have been ordering the same food for years. I have never seen cilantro on it, and I have a severe adversion to cilantro. So I would absolutely never request it. when I called the store to ask, The lady was very hateful, said oh well does cilantro not come on it? I asked her if she knew the menu and she said no I don’t know the menu and then hung up on me. This is absolutely insane!

Not very busy so got my food fairly quickly. Traveled 5 mins to my destination and food was still quite warm. Everything looked well prepared and tasted good. Great job to the crew on staff that day.

Horrible. Honestly, just eat at the gas station instead — you might get better service. The doors were closed, so dine-in wasn’t even an option. Pulled into the drive-thru and immediately got hit with:
“Hi, CaN yA hEaRsfgEy mEafC mObBsGe oRdEvAh”
…literal gibberish.
I said, “Can you repeat that?” and they responded with MORE gibberish:
“wEhFsG dOn’T sHoW dO mOnStEr oRdEsGsH.”
At that point, I just gave up and tried to order anyway. Then they interrupted me and suddenly, magically, spoke English:
“WE ONLY TAKE MOBILE ORDERS.”
Finally. Words.
I was already annoyed, but I was hungry, so I pulled over, placed an online order, paid, and went back through the drive-thru. Same thing … more gibberish … so I just said my name for the order. Silence. For like five full minutes. No response. Nothing.
So I pulled up to the window. After they took their sweet time, we finally got the food. It looked like they dumped an entire gallon of sauce on it (not complaining about that part). But then we opened the salad bowl… HALF FULL. No black beans. NONE.
It was $10.
Overall? 1 star. Go here if you’re bored and want to waste your time.

Just finished a 10 hour drive. We were hungry and tired. Walked over to grab dinner. It was 9:03pm. Taco bell employee outside on her cell tells us they are closed for service. We had to walk to waffle house. Only to see that the drive thru was still open and serving. Young lady was on her dumb cell and could have said we could have ordered thru the drive thru. Employees are the downfall of any business nowadays.

We pulled into the drive thru today excited for some Taco Bell but unfortunately it just wasn’t meant to be. We were told that they weren’t taking any orders because the truck hasn’t come so all they could make were soft tacos. No signs anywhere, nothing. Still sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes because apparently the car in front of us ordered $35 worth of soft tacos

8:15pm on a Saturday night and the place was closed! Supposed to be open until midnight. All the lights were still on, and an employee could be seen inside making out with her boyfriend at a table in the middle of the restaurant for everyone to see…. Compete BS. No sign on the door saying they were closed for any reason. Seems the employees just don’t care and wanted to close early. Several other customers also tried to open the door as we did.

Hope the manager and/or owner sees this.

Just ordered from Taco Bell using the app and honestly, I’m super disappointed. My quesadilla looked like it was just slapped together—wasn’t even cut, just one big cheesy blob. The double stacked taco barely had any cheese holding it together (isn’t that the whole point?), and the regular tacos were sad with hardly any meat, cheese, or lettuce. I specifically asked for sauce and didn’t get a single packet, and there were no napkins either. Service was just not it. I was really looking forward to this meal, but when I got home, it was a letdown all around.

First my wife and I are diabetic. I ordered 2 diet mountain dew sodas. When I was three quarters of the way done with the soda I realized they gave me regular mountain dew, with sugar in it.
Second I ordered 2 discovery lucs boxes. I received No nacho chips at all and no chalupas at all. I go to this Taco Bell all the time, but this was the absolute worst service I ever experienced.
Third 2 extra cinnamon straw and got 4. They had absolutely no cinnamon on them and they were absolutely disgusting. I had to throw them out. I am so disgusted. Plus I was online in the drive threw for a total of 13 minutes.

Mold/thick black build up on the ice dispenser (where the ice pours out). Saw that after I paid for and received my food, didnt drink the drink because of it. Took one bite of the food but couldn’t trust it after that. Visibly dirty kitchen and food prep area. Music absolutely blaring from the back. Very unfriendly staff, took forever to be acknowledged. Just unfortunately not a good location.
