I ordered a meal at the front line and was not given a full scoop of rice or chicken. Like, there is normal chipotle small proportions and there is not getting a single full chunk of chicken in a CHICKEN burrito. Especially when that burrito is more than $10. I don’t know if the employee was new and untrained but I am extremely disappointed because I now have to go look for more food after ordering a meal that is usually filling.

Went to Chipotle on Commercial in South Salem with my sister for dinner tonight. I ordered online like I normally would and picked up the order and headed back home. We sat down and to our surprise, when my sister opened her bowl, it looked as if it was half eaten. While I tend to give fast food restaurants the benefit of the doubt, this is just plain gross. We went back and had them remake it in front of us because clearly some biggie was hungry behind the counter, and I’m not going to pay for it again considering I doubt they’d give me a refund anyway. I worked at Chipotle at about 15 and not one time did I serve something like this. I don’t play about my money, and if in the rare occasion I buy food out, I expect at least some sort of decent food. Don’t order online, clearly was lesson learned. And maybe just don’t go to Chipotle in South Salem either. I’m actually insanely disgusted that someone thought this was acceptable to serve. Chipotle, do better, gang, this is just weird behavior, no lie. I hate to Karen out because I tend to just leave it alone but this was bizarre and should be talked about lmao. They treated me coming in and telling them about this as if it was the biggest inconvenience as well which isn’t making me feel any better. Hire more understanding less greedy people.

I love chipotle and I’ve been to many locations, however this specific chipotle is always overstaffed for some reason. I mean there’s a worker for each individual topping they put on my bowl for some reason, I swear a girl even passed the receipt to one girl who then passed it to another girl and the third then put the receipt in the bag. Not only that, but the workers lowkey seemed shady and judgemental. Not really my business what goes on behind the counter but it was funny. The food is pretty good though.

My experiences are always satisfactory, food is always hot and fresh. My last visit, a young man named Brenden helped me with my order, he was extremely professional and kind and made my experience enjoyable. Good customer service truly makes a difference!

It was open but half the chairs were picked up. The large chips is barely bigger that the small chips, didnt see a super-nacho option on the menue which does not make sense because it would simply be a bowel with chips under it, so why not? Not very bright inside. Felt very dialed in like they take sales for granted and are not sale motivated.

Wow, I would rate this place a zero if I could. Worst customer service ever, actually, they don’t have any customer service, it’s called “chat with pepper”. So anytime your order is wrong, there’s actually no way for you to get a refund. I spent 40 minutes chatting with pepper trying to get my refund and nothing. It’s as if I was talking to a literal robot about money I spent. I ordered a simple veggie bowl, the same one that I’ve ordered for ages. And not only was it wrong, but items that I ordered like chips and sides were missing. Absolutely unprofessional that I couldn’t even get in touch with a human being to talk about my order. The bowl wasn’t even half full which is just not worth your money, save it it and spend it somewhere else. This is absolutely disgusting and I will not be ordering from this corporation again. All I am asking for is my refund that I very much deserve because this order was completely wrong.

Apparently local locations do not serve the family make your own meal advertised. Web site accepts order then cannot process payment. Location tells me it’s an online item only as they cannot process the charges on the register.

The food was good and had a lot of flavor. Service was fast. Guacamole was an extra $2.65. I like to get a bowl and a tortilla on the side and split it into two meals. They now charge an extra .50 for a tortilla. You can get both kinds of beans and rice for no extra charge.
