This location was recently redone( within the year it appears) and they dis a great job with the lay out and the selection of seating areas. It has sections with different table and seating optiions and it is far and away a lot more appealing than what McDonalds is doing with its restaurants. This location is not only inviting but encourages a return where as McDonalds are very bland and almost depressing in design. The burgers we purchased are noticably smaller and almost the size of White Castle burgers . They were tasty but much to small.

So, the food I purchased at this Burger King was very good. However, after using the drive through window, I experienced a very negative result while attempting to use the coupon I had on my phone. Eventually, after reading back the coupon code on my phone to the drive through person, 6 times, I decided it was not worth the 2 dollars, and something cents, that I should have saved with the coupon, and instead just decided to pay the full price of the meal $9 dollars, instead of the $6.99 I should have paid with the coupon. Once I reached the window to pay what I owed, I made it very clear to the young lady at the window, that under no circumstances would I ever come back, to purchase anything from this Burger King location, under any circumstances ever again, no matter what. Very very disappointing!!!!

Food was good, but I called ahead to ask about the TMNT happy meal toy and was told it was the one with the eye patch (splinter) then in the happy meal bag we got Leonardo which my kids got a few days prior at the same location. When I asked the women in the window she was very nasty about it. And didn’t even look to see if there was another toy, she became very defensive. I thought in customer service the customers are treated with respect!? I have gone to this location many times but after this interaction I will not be back! This staff member in particular who I believe was a manager needs a customer service seminar on how to be kind! In case corporate would like to know what manager was on shift, I went on Monday 2/9/26 at 545pm.

I went with my daughter to eat at this restaurant in Bohemia and the cashier was attending me I gave her 2 coupons and I asked for a black coffee and so I told her I wanted it fresh. The cashier made it for me, then the supervisor came out of nowhere and screamed at her in a ugly way. So I said “just because she’s in a higher rank she thinks she’s better and she screamed at the cashier.” I think that’s very discriminating.

Larger than average, though I did not go inside. Drive through is quick and the staff friendly and precise. Lots of parking.

They get pissy if you order a fresh cooked burger. I work nearby and have come here many a time. But this is just an awful BK. Photo is of a burger I asked for light mayo they added mayo to both sides. I legit go through the drive through, pay, leave. Idk what their problem is but, IF YOU REPORT YOUR ORDER THROUGH THE APP YOU CAN GET A REFUND. Enjoy

Between the dried out croissant, dry sausage and paper thin egg I was literally the only customer in the drive thru and the lady hands me my bag and tells me I gotta move and then makes a kissing sound at me as she’s ushering me away from the window. Do yourself a favor and wait the extra couple minutes and go down the road to mcdonalds

Sick and tired of getting inedible food from Bohemia,NY BK. Completely inedible disgusting food, terrible service. There was no meat in my chicken sandwich, the coating was separated. They always ask me to pull to a spot as soon as I get to the window. Then at least one thing, but usually half my order is missing. I live 2 miles away yet all of my food is ice cold. Ronkonkoma,NY is further away yet I never have any negative experiences w service or food quality. No matter how many managers I complain to, it just gets worse. Get better help and serve fresh food. Don’t make me park to bring me cold food so your drive thru service numbers look better than they are. You’re the worst in the business!!!! Hands down worst

I went to the drive thru on Friday night and tried to place my order. I told the operator what I wanted and said I had a coupon for the order. She tried to ask me what was the code on the coupon. I asked nicely to repeat what was she trying to say 3 times, and after the third time I said to speak English! She said she was , but clearly didn’t know the words she was looking for in the English language. She then told me she wasn’t serving me and walked away from the serving area. I tried to go inside to complain to a manager but the doors were locked at that time..I think this was totally unacceptable and think this employee should be fired. I will follow up and return to the location when the doors are open to speak with a manager. I hope this will be reviewed and disciplinary actions will follow.
