Every time I go to this place, it takes close to 30 minutes for my family to get their food. We don’t ask for anything special no restrictions. And we never go during busy times. Last night we went there was two people in front of us that had already ordered and were waiting for their food. There was no one in the drive-through. There were three people working and a manager, and it took 25 minutes for us to get our food. We had arrived an hour before closing made our order and didn’t receive our food until 15 minutes before closing and then at the 10 minute mark the Manager rudely said five minutes and everyone has to leave and then lock the Door. I love Burger King, but they have closed half of their stores and when I moved to Arizona, I was excited to see that I had one across the street, but this one sucks and it’s not worth your time or money.

Just came here and ordered a medium Whopper with Dr Pepper and a cheeseburger only mayo and tomato.
We recieved a chicken sandwich with very old lettuce and cheese burger with ketchup added. Im on the spectrum so getting my food right is a must. This has happen so many times. Im too afraid to piss off the workers and talk to the manager about it (as if they care) so im posting here since this is a continuing occurrence. The burger king off of dove Valley is the better place to go.

Been here recently and when we ask for fresh off the broiler it came that way. Not this time. All three of us got it the same way and It was hot but hardly broiled. My worker didn’t even eat his. Threw his burger away cause the bun was mushy also. Consistency in a business like this is very important.

These kids are making $15 an hour, and cannot figure it out. I placed my order at 11:56, have been waiting 20 minutes, and the confusion of the employees conversations is just scary. 9 orders on the border, when I took the picture, it is up to 11. People all over the lobby. The owner of this shop, really needs to figure it out. Worst Burger King in Phoenix.
Customer service is non existant. 3 men working, not one understands how to serve a customer. Ice cream machine was down, took 2 orders for shakes; no fries, had to wait; burgers were taking 5 minutes each. Worst crew I have ever seen, at this not so fast food location. I was at 5he store for 30 minutes waiting on two whopper jr meals. Ridiculous!

It’s Burger King, you know what you’re getting with the food. My review is for the restaurant and specifically, Deb (I believe that was her name). We were helped promptly and she was so friendly. I was about to sit down after getting my drink and our food was ready. She was going to bring it to us, but I had already gotten back up. I’m sure they deal with crabby people all day long so it’s refreshing when one human treats someone else as a human. The restaurant itself is nice and clean. If Deb were to ask me what kind of craft beer I wanted, I wouldn’t have been surprised as the interior is sleek and modern without feeling too much like a clean room.

Don’t eat here!!! Clearly, sanitary is not important to them!! I couldn’t believe what I found, ordered a happy meal for my daughter and a Jr whopper. As I am taking out the food, I see a bandaid used stuck to a BBQ sauce! I immediately told my daughter to stop eating. Went to tell the manager on shift, and she was not concerned at all. Filed a complaint. Will never eat here again! My daughter was so sad she couldn’t finish her food.

I asked for the burger to be fresh off the vroijer but it was a burnt hockey puck with a bun so stale the top was flaking off. Inedible.
