The icream is good one if the best, pricing is fair.They definitely need to work in their customer service. It is terrible. I brought my 2 daughters and 2 nieces, they were exited to see so many flavors. They all got icream cones. As soon as my daughter got her icream it fell on the floor. The attendant saw what happen I asked to replace the icream, she charged me for it. I didn’t mind paying for it. Customer service definitely needs IMPROVEMENT!!! They do not great or smile at all.

Is good with the shaved ice desserts, well we say nieve raspada, they are good and I would like to they prepare more fresh fruits syrups for the shaved ace, ah! They have popsicles too and another kind of snacks, you need to come and see what you will have, mmm my mouth is watering only to think about what they sell and I would like to try next time .

I called today Jan 2 2018 about 8:50. I wanted to find out what was the closing time and about the type of ice cream since I’ve never been to a La Michoacana ice cream shop before. The person who answered the phone spoke Spanish. I asked if someone spoke English, the female who answer the phone said no. I said…. I’d need to ask some questions. She said… no, dont speak English and then she hung up on me in the middle of my question. My pet peeve isa when you go into a store and they can’t even speak English. Why do they hire someone who cannot speak English… we are in America or at least I thought I was. Lost my business, I will never go there, should never hang up on a customer. I would have given it a -5 if I could have.

ONE OF THE BEST ICE CREAM SHOP I HAVE BEEN IN A WHILE . THEY HAVE ALL REFRESHING FLAVORS FROM LIMON, COCONUT, WATERMELONS ONE OF MY FAVORITE FLAVORS I LIKE . ALL THE PEOPLE THAT WORK HERE VERY NICE AND AMONGST THAT THEY ARE VERY CLEAN AND THERE PRICES ARE INCREDIBLE FOR A MICHOACÁNA SHOP.
