The food is always hot and fresh! The staff is always welcoming and friendly! I prefer going here over McDonald’s! It’s very clean inside. If you want hot and fresh food and great customer services I highly recommend this Dairy Queen!

We ordered on the application and arrived within five minutes. Food was ready and hot except the fries. They were more cold than warm. Only reason not five stars for food. We were rushed at the order sign and the window.

Brought my grandkids in for ice cream cones with sprinkles and the place was empty no one in drive through and eight employees working and we had to stand there and wait to order then when the ice cream cones were made they set them on the counter in front of 4 employees and not one of them would hand them to us. We had to ask for them and when my autistic grandson asked for more sprinkles they got kinda rude about it. All it cost little over $9 for two child sized ice cream cones. Absolutely ridiculous.

New crispy burger had almost zero crispy onions in it. Mostly pickles. Basically a cheeseburger and a very small one at that. We order 2 and both were pathetic.

I stopped coming here, but every time I’ve gone through the drive-through I’ve always been asked if I want my change. Customers are entitled to their change. This is basic cash handling. When I tell them I do in fact, want my change they seem irritated and tell me they have to reopen up the register. They seem put out by this. You definitely shouldn’t close the register assuming that people don’t want their change.

Every time I order a blizzard and ask for something to be added in, I get charged for the add in, but then NEVER actually get it… Come on man… I have tested this multiple times to make sure I’m not going crazy, and so far I’m 6 attempts in and still they keep forgetting the add ins.

Shout out to Mason tonight!! The place was overly packed and many orders were flying out so our order got over looked and Mason was the only employee to ask us if our order has gotten to us yet and said you guys have been here for awhile and he even took our receipt and had our order made right away. Thank you Mason for getting us our order and being a great employee

I think it was a decent dairy queen. Don’t confuse the three stars for hating on it; it is, after all, a corporate chain using frozen, internationally shipped ingredients. My #1 was what I expected. I ate bites of my kids’ burgers and woah, just a dry, rubbery patty on a dry bun absent ketchup, mayo, mustard, cheese, and any possible topping. I suppose I could have asked for those things, but typically when options are possible service provides them at time of order. The fries were a 6/10. The mini blizzards were as expected. The kids’ meal milks came with straws that required a surgeon’s hands to use effectively. The facility was a 7/10 on cleanliness, a 6/10 on stocked for customer use; straws empty, ketchup smears on pump, un-bused tables, and the restroom was about the same. The area is great! Walk to the park and playground at WA Bush, or just down the sidewalks of College or Yelm. The cherry blossoms in this area are beautiful in late April/early May.
