Maddie (the younger Maddie with blonde hair) and Jasmine at the Sonic Drive-In were absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, respectful, and extremely polite. I got my food very quickly, and it was clear they were moving efficiently and getting orders out fast for other customers as well. Both of them seemed very good at their jobs and genuinely cared about providing great service.

Nancy was an excellent server! She was very informative and helped us with our decisions as this was our first time at Sonic! Food was hot and fresh! Atmosphere was good, building was nice and clean.

The food is great. I love it so much but they don’t take Apple Pay or cash. What kind of establishment is this? What kind of society do we live in where I can’t use Apple Pay or cash? That’s kind of ridiculous if you ask me. The manager was really rude to her employees, she seems like she hates her job. But the cashier was amazing. Love him.

Got a $5 Oreo blast. Had an okay sprinkle of Oreo on the top but where are the rest?!? It’s basically an expensive cut of vanilla ice cream. I kept eating, thinking it just wasn’t mixed well but nope. The Oreos never came.

Absolutely disgusted and disappointed. I love sonic but after this I’m not sure I can trust eating here again. After a long week at work my boyfriend and I decided to grab something on the way home yesterday evening. After we received our order I found a dark curly hair embedded in the cheese of my chili cheese tots. Unfortunately we were already on our way home or else I would’ve taken it in and asked for a refund. I’m pregnant and the last thing I need is to be consuming contaminated food. My boyfriend had his food but needless to say I threw mine away and didn’t have an appetite after the nasty experience.

Just left with take out. Made it home and a burger is missing. Really dont feel like going back out. But you would think it’s not hard to follow a 3 burger order.
