The staff is generally friendly, and service is quick whether you’re dining in, taking out, or using the drive-thru. It’s a dependable choice for a quick, convenient meal any time.
I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this location. I walked inside and waited at the counter for over 10 minutes with several other customers. When I first walked in, they told me they were “low staffed,” which I completely understood — I even said that’s fine, I’ll wait.
But during the entire time we were standing there, no one came to the front to take a single order. Instead, the employees continued taking drive-thru and mobile orders, making food, and walking past us without acknowledging the people waiting right in front of them.
After 10 minutes of being ignored, I politely asked if someone could take our orders. Instead of helping, the employees got attitude with me. One even said, “I only make $10 an hour,” as if that excused the way they were treating customers. If someone is unhappy with their job or pay, that still doesn’t justify being rude or dismissive to customers simply asking to be served.
The lack of professionalism, communication, and basic courtesy was shocking. No greeting, no update, no apology — just attitude when we finally asked for help. This location seriously needs better management and customer service training. I won’t be returning after this experience.

Ordered food and was told to pull up to the first window which I did. There were two other cars in front of me.
I waited and waited at the first window while the other two cars were served their food and left.
Still nobody came to the window so I pulled up to the second window.
Momentarily I heard her hanging out the first window yelling at me. I waited where I was and then she came up and told me I was going to have to back up because she couldn’t take my payment at the second window. I said who is going to be responsible if I back into someone (I’m sure your insurance company would love to know about this practice). She sassed back, you are because you can’t follow instructions. This pissed me off and I said a choice word. I backed up to the first window and she had a guy that was very nice come take my payment and another guy handed me my food.
