We somehow managed to beat the crowd when we came to grab dinner. The Monterey jack mushroom chicken sandwich looked awesome. I had country fried steak which was grreat. Our waitress recommended the new fried mushrooms, tasty.

Came here for dinner with my boyfriend and we both ate the combo appetizer with potato skins, fried pickles, and cheese twists and have both been badly sick to our stomachs for hours.
He got a steak burger and I got ribs which both tasted good but the mac and cheese has an upcharge and was literally like Kraft mac and cheese. I didn’t even eat it.
The service is not usually good, especially from the hostesses. Every time I come in, I feel like I’m inconveniencing the hosts. The first host Audrey was facing away from the door chatting and we had to slowly scoot into her peripheral to get her to notice us then she tells us it’s gonna be 20 minutes, even tho the waitlist online said 0-10 mins, so we went back to the car to wait and the second I started the car back up, the text came through to go back to the host stand. As the next girl was walking us to our table, she asked how we’re doing in the most bored, monotone voice and I said “I’m good, and you?” And she just did not respond. Then after seating us she came back with 2 plates and put them so aggressively on the table that my boyfriend and I laughed out loud because why are you doing all that
The only person that had friendly service and a kind smile was London our server. I work in FOH foodservice, I get it when it gets busy or overwhelming or whatever but on a Sunday evening at 8pm, the restaurant was not busy enough to quote someone 20 minutes for a 2-top and be THAT unwelcoming. The service manager has been here twice and has the same monotone, DGAF personality that matches the hosts’ personalities. No matter how busy it gets, none of the workers at my restaurant act like that. I like the Texas Roadhouse in Jacksonville way better. This location genuinely ruins Texas Roadhouse for me.

The Hungry Taiga
The food was okay but the service was great! Hunter was phenomenal and made us feel right at home! He was totally on point.
We got a few things. One of it being an adult drink and boy oh boy, it was definitely an adult drink if you know what I mean You can choose your own piece of meat which was pretty neat. I got the prime rib and it was a little dry and over cooked, but with going to a chain restaurant, I couldn’t expect much besides a fully belly. Which you WILL get because the portions were pretty generous.
I can never put any shade on the bread though. It’s got me coming back for more and more (like a bad ex) despite knowing it’s gonna wreck my diet. The cinnamon butter? Like heaven. Never fails to pick me up on a bad day.

Great dining experience. I like that there is plenty of space and free tables there. Waiters are nice, and the food tastes good. We ordered rib prime, ribs, and salmon, all was perfect. Same with drinks. Waiting time is reasonable, no complaints

I ordered my curbside in my driveway about 10 minutes away, figured it wouldn’t be much longer after I arrived I’d get my food so I pulled up. Parked in the pickup area and waited. About 20 additional minutes goes by of me sitting there, to the point I’m literally the only
Car parked in the curbside area for over 5 minutes, no one has text me, called, or walked out to ask me anything. So I call them to make sure they even got my order. The lady goes “are you Sean?” I say yes.. I’m literally the only one out here. She says okay we have your order here but didn’t know you were here. Keep in mind each sign post for the spots has a freakin camera on it. I told her I hadn’t gotten any notification at all even about my order all I had to even show for it was the text from my bank showing the charge. The app won’t even give you progress updates. It just says “in progress” I asked her how long my food had been sitting there and she SAID 5 minutes but I somehow doubt that. Anyways, get the food home, this was just a NY strip dinner for myself, felt like treating myself tonight, everything was cold. The steak was ice cold and not even edible. I took 3 bites of it and put it down. Guess I’ll put it on my own grill tmrw night. Keep in mind, this is a $30.00 NY Strip. It was less than an inch thick and full of fat. The strip should be one of the best cuts, but this was horrible. I’ve legit had a better steak at chilis. Nuff said on that. Idk what’s going on over at Texas Roadhouse but I used to absolutely adore this place. The food is so mid now. I doubt anyone cares and I’m ranting at this point, but I’d skip this joint, and DEFINITELY don’t do curbside.

I usually like this place, food is always great, steaks are perfect. But today I decided to go here earlier – Saturday 2pm. I was seated in the back, nothing wrong with it. The service was not good, lady was pushy, interrupted me chewing on bread and talking to my wife. I got water with some trash on the bottom of the cup. After 20 minutes I noticed that 5(!) tables next to us in the back were occupied by black couples and 15 more tables else where were occupied by non black people. This doesn’t look good guys and I am a foreigner.

We came into the Seminole Texas Roadhouse today and it was freezing cold inside. We asked the staff to turn the heat on and they refused and said the kitchen staff complains because it gets too hot for them. There’s about 50 people in here and every single person has a coat on. I then mentioned it to the manager and he told me it’s been a problem for a long time but there’s nothing he can do. He said we live in Florida and it rarely gets cold here so the don’t really focus on making the best work. It’s 46 outside right and about 55 inside. This isn’t fair!!

Misty was our waitress, and she could not have been any better. Top notch service, very polite, and even with all of her tables full, we did not wait for anything. She constantly checked to make sure our drinks were good and see if we needed anything. The food was also amazing. The catfish was absolutely delicious, the filet medallions were also delicious and so tender. We had fried mushrooms for our appetizer and omg, the best by far we’ve ever had. I would recommend them to anyone. We will definitely be back there more often.

The best food and service! We always get a 12oz ribeye that’s cooked to perfection, the buttery rolls are always fresh and piping hot and the staff is even better. Fast service. Drinks refilled without asking. The manager Carlyn and our server Tom were amazing and helped us have an amazing date night. This is my favorite steakhouse to go to— more affordable than others and food even better.
