While eating the meal, my son bit into his first bite of the chicken nugget and immediately began choking on a bone that was present in the nugget. This was not a small fragment, but a noticeable piece of bone. Had I not been closely supervising him at that moment, this incident could have resulted in serious injury or worse. I immediately contacted the restaurant but was informed that no manager was available. I then contacted Burger King Corporate. After multiple attempts, I was told that because this location is franchised, Corporate could not take direct action and would only notify the franchisee. This response is unacceptable given the severity of the incident. This was a serious food safety failure that placed my child in immediate danger. I provided photographic evidence of the bone my son expelled, yet the matter has been met with a complete lack of urgency and concern.

Food takes forever even if you order ahead of time. When I finally received my order and got home to eat it I find that the croissant is moldy on my sandwich. Absolutely disgusting, such a waste of money and very dangerous as someone could get sick. Contacted Burger King but was not able to receive and kind of help

If you only have a half hour lunch, or are in a hurry DO NOT VISIT. This place is alway slower than a turtle. The food order board for drive through and lobby are ALWAYS in the red, When you get your food please check before you leave. Today I had to go in twice because no body could get the order right. I ordered 2 hot ham and cheese croissants no egg and an enormous burrito. Went back in told the girl that is new and the manager who never has a good attitude said change it. Now they didn’t take the old order waited 20 minutes along with all the people in front of us and i’ll be damned the order was wrong again. This was between 8-9:30 AM Oh and by the way the burrito meat was wrong all the burritos.

Do not believe the rude reviews I was hesitant too but I took my chance and I am very satisfied this place is clean, customer service is great, they have comfortable couches to sit on along with a little coffee table. I feel literally like a queen and ultimately the food is delicious I’ll definitely be coming back thank you BK it was definitely my way!!!!

Came in at 8pm to get my mobile order and first thing one of the workers said to me is if it was going to be a to go order. The person that handed me my order was really nice, as soon as I got my order the girl locked the doors behind me. I was planning to eat inside but I guess not because they already had the chairs up, very disappointing considering it says their dine in hours say otherwise.
