This store is incompetent makes alot mistakes. Hopefully higher management sees because I know Wendy’s can be good but this location specifically the fries have no flavor. When I order online they almost always make a mistake and never send the sugar cookies I order but have it on the menu and dont reach out to customers which is bad for business…they will just send something else or nothing at all. The staff through drive thru also dont seem to friendly and act non cholant.

I waited 10+ minutes at 10pm just to order food at the drive thru. After I ordered it was another 5 minutes. The only positive thing of this was the food was hot. The server was just a robot. Handed my food through the window and walked away. Not a word. No Sorry for the wait, No thank you. Nothing. Unfortunately it wont stop me from eating at this Wendy’s because of the convenience.

I’ve never had a reason to say the following until today; do not go to this Wendy’s if you are white. I waited patiently for about 25 minutes as a family was being helped by what appeared to be an overworked employee. Eventually, a line began to form. A young man stood behind me in line for a moment before scouting up beside and then tried to get just ahead of me. The mother of the family ahead of me, now seated, alerted the 2 to 3 employee drifting aimlessly behind the register area that I had been waiting for a while to be helped. They looked past me with a blank stare. A young woman approached me from behind and asked if I had ordered. I replied thay I was still waiting. She immediately cut the line straight to the counter where one of the aimlessly wandering employee’s, a young male, immediately began asking her for her order.
At that point I just left. It doesn’t bother me to be the only white person in any establishment. I simply understood the culture of this Wendy’s environment and left.

Ordered 2 baconator combos and two 4 for $4 combos for my kids. I was told that I could only get my meals in a size Large even though I asked for a small. Including my 4for $4 meals which were for my young kids . Baconators were HORRIBLE! Barely any bacon or condiments. They also forgot the nuggets for one of the 4for4 meals. What a waste of $40 dollars!

If you want to witness an MMA show down, this is the place to be… As I sipped my watered down strawberry lemonade, a physical fight occurred between staff and a unhappy customer over her cold fries. The establishment was very nicely renovated and clean . My salad was delicious but was a bit short on chicken . Besides the boxing match that went down , I might actually visit this place again if I was starving and didn’t care about my safety .
Ps. I felt bad for any customers who were hungry after the altercation because the employees locked both entrances and couldn’t seem to gain back their professional composure, stop talking about the incident, and continue making cold food .
